Zalv nods, moving away from the doors to the comms, calling in, "This is Zalv. I'm here with your captain, she's alive but unconscious. What's the situation for you?"
"You're alive! Great! This is Lieutenant Hastings. There were several explosions throughout the ship. The Raptor dropped out of hyperspace and is presently in a slow but uncontrolled spin towards a black hole! The ion engines, hyperdrive, life support, hatch control, and comms are all offline. We've got lots of crew members cut off from their stations since they were in their jump seats during the hyperdrive launch. We're really messed up! Here. I'll send a tech your way to open one of the doors!"
Then you hear more noises.
"Wait. Something's happening!"One of the hatches opens on it's own and a cacophony of clanks, shouts, and blaster fire can be heard down the hall. A mechanical voice devoid of any emphasis of emotion is heard coming from that direction. "This ship is now property of the Galactic Empire. You are all my prisoners. Take them away."
Zalv curses, then pull out his lightsaber, "Okay, so if you didn't just hear all that. We're on a clock and the droids we bought were rigged. We need to clear the ship, get the crew to their stations, and keep ourselves from flying into a black hole....worst-case scenario, we all have to cram into the Mudhorn, but I don't think we'd have room for everyone, so we got to work fast." Zalv then hears the captain groan, looking over to Emma, he gives a worried look, "Em, think you can stabilize her?"
Regardless of his mechanical compatriot's reply, Zalv would end up rushing out the hatch towards the blaster fire, lightsaber ignited.
"I like the part where we don't fall into the black hole."Emma mentioned, stabilizing the Captain.
Sortuli comes to, and Emma fills her in on the situation.
"Ok."Sortuli says. "Here's what needs to be done." and she explains.
Here are the objectives that need to be completed in order to survive. They can be done in any order.
1. Warn the Rebel fleet that their location is not secure. (P-Comm section) 2. Disable the primary communications array before the droids can call in reinforcements. (P-Comm section) 3. Issue an "abandon ship" order over from S-Comm, so the crew can at least try and escape before the Raptor is swallowed by a black hole. (S-Comm section) 4. Disable hyperspace-capable craft in both hangar bays to prevent damaging intelligence from getting into the hands of the Empire. (Forward and Aft Hangar Bays) 5. Free captured intelligence operatives and reclaim the ship. (Analysis Deck - this is where you are now.)
Since you've never been here before, you're going to have to make an Average - 2 Purple Knowledge (Warfare) check OR an Easy - 1 Purple Computer Check to bring up the schematic of the Raptor. Success reveals where you need to go for each objective.
Captain Sortuli "retreats" to safety so she's not considered "baggage" for the rest of the adventure. She's counting on you guys.
Null points to the location on the map where the intelligence operatives are located. “I think our best chance of recuperating from this shit show is to quickly take the ship back. What d’ya think?”
"Agreed, but first the comms room. We need to warn the crew and command of what's going down. Lili, think you can pull up a map for us to use?" Zalv keeps his lightsaber ignited, watching the opened hatch in case droids walk through.
Amelia salutes the captain before turning to the group, "Look, we should free the intelligence operatives already captured, then at least we'll have some allies, also, they are close to us already. Then we should move on to prevent any communication or escape by this ******* droids." Amelia nods to the group, "Let's take back this ship!"

LOCATION: FORWARD-08 OBJECTIVE A: Free the intelligence operatives trapped in their own brig. If achieved, the operatives will help take back the ship. OBJECTIVE B: Resupply weapons, ammunition, and supplies from the armory. If achieved, you all gain access to additional arms and equipment. REBELS: 72 operatives and 2 officers, unarmed. DROIDS: 2 medical droids and 20 assault droids.
Along the starboard side of Deck 8 is a row of cells where 72 intelligence officers have been crammed into a brig built to hold 30. What would typically be a large medical ward is mostly converted into barracks and training space, including a gym and a pair of 30 meter firing range.
ONE PLAYER: It's going to require ONE of you to make a Hard - 3 Purple Stealth check to avoid the droids, and an Average - 2 Purple Computers check to unlock the brig's security - passing unlocks the fields and then the operatives will easily overtake the droids. ANYONE ELSE: Once the operatives are free, a Average - 2 Purple Negotiations check will convince them to split their forces to reinforce the areas you all progressively recapture.
Lili narrows her eyes and heads into the ship. The hacker ghosts between corridors and makes her way to the computer station near the brig. She hacks in and releases the field, letting the operatives out and grinning as the droids quickly drop.
2 success, 4 threat, 1 triumph on Stealth.
3 successes, 3 advantage, 2 triumphs on Computers.
Amelia greets the operatives, “alright, here’s the thing. We need your help to take out these droids and retake the ship....so what do you say?” (3advantage)

Seeing the operatives taking such passive and negative reactions to the thought of actually helping, Zalv felt a twinge of anger burst out. Narrowing his eyes at them, he spoke with a sharp tone, "We're only asking you to back us up while we carry this team, so that we can ALL avoid dying. But you guys decide, that after joining the rebellion, to fight the empire, the moment they gain the upper hand you'll pull back and twiddle your thumbs."
The operatives, getting wind of the fact the Shadow Raptor is slowly descending into a black hole, begin to panic, stop listening to you, and begin to disperse in random directions - each with their own objectives. They do, however strive to take back the ship, just not as orderly or by command as you'd hope.
You do, however, have access to weapons and supplies should you need it, but i'd say you guys are already pretty well equipped as it is. And, no. No thermal detonators.

Null scrounges around for any frag grenades, and grabs as many as he can find (how many?), quietly chuckling under his helmet the entire time like a kid in a candy store.
Amelia sighs, punching the side of a bulkhead, “******* ********! How are they this disorganized?” She will angrily kick at debris for a moment before taking another big breath, “Lili, which is closer to us, the hanger or the comm stations?” The pissed off pilot doesn’t turn around, she doesn’t want the crew to see her completely losing her shit...yet.
