"Maybe we should sign on to his crew, looking for work? Or maybe hire a boat and follow him?" Mal knows how dangerous some of these captains can be, so he's up for anything as long as the group is with him.
The group made their way out of the store and across the short distance to the dockside, where a number of them had arrived not too many days ago.
A dozen or so fishing djungs and outriggers were variously lashed to the floating docks or drawn up onto the steep shore.
Mal was unsure exactly what Captain Jungal looked like having had few dealings with the actual fishermen themselves in the past, though there was one particular djung which was in bad need of repair that might well have a drunkard for a captain.
Mal leads them over to the banged up boat, and tries out some slang he's heard on the docks. "A-hey, there! We're looking for Captain Jungal, if they're around? We're able bodied and looking for work, heard he makes lots of trips. Also, the boat could use some repairing, we can help with that, a-hey?"

A Lokanan human woman looked over the edge of the djung and regarded the group, brightening markedly when she saw Uce.
" Jungals passed out in his cabin. Pays one silver each per day, we're heading down coast near high tide to cast nets. Any of you fished before or have experience as shipwrights?"
The woman smirked, " Your not really selling yourselves here.....but beggars can't be choosers and lets face it you wouldn't be signing up with us if you had a choice. At least with us you can fish inside the reefs...so less chance of drowning.....though the state of the djung may balance that."
Asa looks very pleased indeed with the ring, moreso than Mal expected.
Mals trawling through the store reveals little of interest..
Asa looked up from his new aquisition, " Anything else I can help you folks with?"
"I don't not think so. So this Captain Jungal, does he operate out of a village and how far from here would that be?

" His djung should be tied up down at the docks currently."

Uce nods. "That's a good idea. I'm on board for that."
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Asa laughed to himself.
" Any of you other than the orc-blood sailors? "
"No, but I remember my master could run across water without disturbing the surface. It is all about balance and momentum, as sailing sees to be..."

" Well...your not wrong..."
" Well then, on your way."

Krikoris looks to the others, “What exactly are we looking for again? A man eating lizard-spirit or something?”
"Yes, in the form of a white crocodile."

Krikoris looks to the others, “The only boat I’ve ever been on brought me here.”
"I can't even wash or eat properly with this but lefty here can do simple tasks," Cinta gestures to her prosthetic.

" Come up, stow your stuff."
Uce will stow away his stuff and nod.
