Skip moves to each of the alcoves, looking for more treasures, or traps, or treasure, seeing if there are any clues as to who may have occupied these pallets
Rudick gives a somewhat exaggerated eye roll over Alev's snark, but pressed on down the hall again without a word. Though this time, rather than proceeding to the right once they reached the 1st real chamber again, the Orc presses on across the way this time to explore what they haven't seen yet. Well, that, and of course make sure the floor was cleared of any other things of use and note.

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
You continue through the room where you met your new companions and move through the passage straight across. You come to another intersection. To your right, you can see that passage way that leads downward. To your left, it leads into another large chamber. You can't see where the passage straight ahead goes as it turns out of sight.
Rudick hardly slows down except for a brief look down the left and right, before then continuing on briskly straight ahead for whatever lied beyond the blind bend. "Right one rightly doubles back to where we've been already." He explained to the others. "The left is likely more new, but we can check that one out on our way back. But do be mindful of it."With the thought process given, the Orc lapses back into silence to focus on being alert for any new surprises.

Looking at the choices, Skip indicates his preference for turning left “No good reason for us to go where we already been. Let’s check the left, see what’s down there.”
You enter into the chamber to your left. This room is festooned with moldy skeletons that hang from rusty shackles against the wall. A lied alcove in the south roll contains a painted wooden statue carved in the lightness of a gaunt, pale faced man wearing a voluminous black cloak, hos pale left hand resting on the head of a wolf that stands next to him. In his right hand, he holds a smokey gray crystal orb. This room has exits on the west and north walls. Chanting can be heard from coming from the west.
"I hear it." Leann confirms. "Not sure if we should go through this door though..." She gestures to the western one. "Where I am from this would be the passage with the death trap, since it is clearly the obvious one we should take..."

Anything on the table? Sergei would like to impatiently proceed through this room.

Investigation 20
This room is bare of any thing interesting. As the group moves on, they climb the stairs and then a corner to see the hallway they first went through.

Sergei grimaces and mutters about going in circles. He urges the party onward.
"Oh, great. This house isn't just haunted, it's a stupid labyrinth too. Lovely." Alev snarks as he follows the group.

Skip, approving of Rudicks intention, quietly pads through the shadowed areas, eyes casting around, making sure the group is not taken unawares again

Leann sighs at seeing the previously-visited hall, but squares her shoulders and continues on, following towards the unexplored chamber ahead.

Leann shrugs. "No reason not to check straight ahead, never been there before either." She explains.

Can Sergei see anything unusual with detect magic?
Leann moves to the western exit, taking up a guard post there as the others look around the room.
You don't see any magical auras besides the ambient Necromancy.

This is a twisted and eerie place. We should leave post haste. Do you know the way you came through?

“Not so hasty. I wanna check out this statue. Who has a wolf as a pet?”
Skip drifts over to the statue, examining it, the crystal ball, the wolf.

Alev is visibly nervous. "Don't you guys hear that?" He asks, referring to the chanting.
He moves to the west of the room, trying to discern what the sinister chants are saying.
