Actually not doing at all ok here. We did end up saying goodbye to our chocolate lab Bailie yesterday, but that was only the start of the day. My five-year-old son then fell down the stairs, and we were in the ER with him for 4 hours last night. He has a minor concussion and was up throwing up all night long. In the middle of the night then I got an ear infection, which is just icing on the crap cake that was yesterday.

Please bot Cade if I don't get a post in for him. I'm trying to do what I can today, but the games are just not my priority today, or likely this weekend.

Cade catches one of the remaining cultists and dispatches him with ease.

As arrows whiz by overhead time seems to slow as it does in moments of battle. Barnabus follows Wil's arrows as they clear his way into the room. He side steps the bunks just as Kina flips them onto the slow to muster cultists. His battle wits in full control, the sight of Cade's gruesome attacks barely register as the battle hardened dwarf zeroes in on the remaining untangled cultist.  Batting aside defenses with his shield Barnabus unleashes a visccious upper cut swing with Fife.

Attack: 8

Damage 10 

Missing the cultist, but slicing deftly through the bunk support, Fife sings with joy.

Rachel casts Bless on Cade, Kina and Barnabus.

Two cultists are tangled in topped bunks, and two others are grabbing weapons.

Wil: 22

Bart fires an arrow on whoever is in Barnabus way. Attack: 7 Damage: 14

Bart's arrow flies wide, striking the wall.

With two of the cultists getting themselves up, Kina takes the opportunity to take a swing with her staff at the weakest looking cultist that's already up and probably armed by now, following it up with the old horse kick.

oh wait, blessed. I messed up the kick attack anyway. Whoops!

Kina plants one of the cultists an inch or two deep into the wall and it takes several moments for the body to eventually collapse to the floor.

(Everyone roll perception check:  DC 15)  On success: 

 One cultist up at about, two almost up and about (it appears they will be fight-worthy after this round).  (The entangled are mostly protected from ranged by the bunks on top of them.)

OOC: Hah! So apparently Wil thinks the battle is done and goes to sip a martini.......

Wil targets another two cultists (assuming they are within 5’ of each other, if not disregard the second attack):

As Wil chooses his next targets Barnabus calls out, " I hear more behind that door."

Wil's arrows strike home, injuring the free cultist and one of the recently trapped.

Cade tears into the the both of cultists making their way out of the bunks, ending their struggles.

One wounded, free cultist remaining.

Barnabus sprints to the door and positions himself opposite the hinges. He holds Fife at the ready to cleave the first thing that pokea it head out.

(Barnabus holds his action until the door opens)

Forgot to roll the bless.

Rachel gets a crossbow bolt launched at the remaining cultist:  Attack: 23 Damage: 9.

Critically injured, but still alive, the cultist takes a swing at Kina:  Attack: 16 Damage: 3

"You stay away from her you filthy cult follower" Bart screams and loosens an arrow at the cultist that attacked Kina. Attack: 5 Damage:4

(Kina:  with no active targets, I will let you hold action with Barnabus for what's about to go down.)

No sooner does the last cultist fall from Bart's arrow, than the wooden door opens and a human steps out in polished plate mail, staff in one hand, and mace in the other.

Barnabus swings Fife in a solid arc which connects with the man's midsection eliciting a loud CLANG, but just bounces off to no effect.
