Finding a cache of fine foods and fruit, Droogan kicks a bin of snacks over to the party, then sits and kicks his feet up on the desk...
"I assume you all found yourselves here the same way I did. I came looking for the pit, my imprisonment wasn't what I'd had in mind... What will you each do when we're free?"
"Ha, I certainly wasn't looking for this" says Yordis, turning to the window and looking out over the arena floor, hands gripping the railing in front of him. "All I wanted was to experience new places. I had spent so much time away from everything, years and moving from place to place, hiding from shadows that when I found my calling I thought I would be safe to explore civilisation again." The bitterness creep into his voice. "It seems people are as hurtful everywhere, no Droogan, I didn't want to come here, I'd never heard of it until we were together in that cell. I was staying in a tavern and I can only imagine that somebody drugged my food or drink, I remember the room starting to spin and then I was here"
Yordis goes quiet recalling sensations of wakefulness and noises of people moving in fairly large numbers, the sounds of animals and wagons but everything is so blurry, it seems that he experienced almost waking many times so possibly the journey here took a long time but he isn't sure.
He looks across at Tilly, and at Droogan. "Maybe not all people, both of you risked yourselves to help me when you didn't have to. Maybe there are enough good people out there not to go back to hiding from the world. I don't know where I am heading Droogan, maybe something will present itself when we do get out, but until then I am happy enough journeying with you all."
Yordis, holds a cup of water in his hands, using his innate gifts he pulls the water round and round, creating a tiny whirlpool in the cup, focusing on the mental exercise he shuts out the rest of the room, thinking on what he has said, and also what he has not.

Valentinus leans against a wall, head back, eyes closed. "This is not what I expected, either. Not that I knew what to expect, exactly."
He holds his viol in his hands, but doesn't play it. "My village...the elders sent me here. We've been through a lot -- sickness, a fire. They told me the village needed an inspirational story -- a local hero, who found adventure and returned home with glory and riches." He laughs. "They're so full of crap. Maybe someday I'll figure out why they really sent me."
Again, he wishes he had a good, stiff drink. But the last time he'd had one, he woke up here.
"They thought to make fools of us, but we'll see who laughs when we're through... Is the girl ok? We'll want to get moving soon. Would you try waking her? I'd rather not carry her if we'll be fighting. She threatened to cut off my hand if I did..."
"He's right, we should move, at least a little bit away from the arena. I'm going to have a look at her again, but I don't think she is hurt, it might be some sort of illness." Yordis goes over to Tilly, checking her temperature again by touch and trying to cool her again with water, she does seem a little cooler now. Yordis starts to lift her "hmm, surprisingly heavy for someone so small!"

At the end of the rest, the back door suddenly opens. A dull faced old woman carrying a tray wonders in and sets it on a table barely taking notice to your presence.
There, appears to be drinks on the tray, perhaps wine?
Yordis moves into the doorway she came through, as she tires to go out she realizes you block here way, Move man.... I have deliveries to make.... Her voice is dull and dreary and she has little care on her face.
Liking where Droogan seems to be going with this Yordis doesn't move out of the way instead catching the eye of the woman and then nodding in Droogan's direction.

you pissed her off, Of course I know my way around! I have lived here nearly 15 years! Then the faintest of smiles creeps on her face, Besides, you may have more immediate problems...
The arena behind you is beginning to fill with now, and two guards approach, one from either side door.
Should you find your way out, maybe we can come to an agreement of sorts, come to me at Mercenaries' Rest.
Before you can react she has slipped past and got out through the door.
Droogan motions to the others to follow after her covering the rear as they leave the room, and barring the door, if possible, behind them (possibly using the mannacles he's still carrying.)
He tosses the writing implements in a scroll case (or something) and into his pack, and draws his axes.
(I presume those guards wouldn't have keys to this room but the serving lady did, so they certainly might.)
You spend a quick break in the luxury box even finding some snacks to eat.
If it is of interest maybe some RP to get to know one another a bit or move on now, up to you :)
