Yordis goes to the other corner of the building and readies himself too, he also keeps an eye out back towards the fight checking it isn't moving this way.

"Ah, yes, Hi, I'm new, I'm Alonso Quixano and this is my compatriot Freddie Mercury." Inidicates Val "We've been sent by the higher to do a little spot check of the various safe houses and whatnots. So we're here to confirm you have...I mean we're checking on...er...the...uhh...damsel, you know, the lady you got tied up here...um...F@#$, guys we never asked what the F@#$in' Damsel's name was! The jig is up!"
Tilly grabs the guy by the neck and goes to push him in and subconsciously casts shocking grasp.
Attack: 24 Damage: 8(FYI: On a hit, the target takes 1d8 lightning damage, and it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn. so he should at least be stunned right? making pushing him in the door easier?)
Athletics check on pushing him in the door 1
OOG: Woof...not great damage. Not great athletics. If Tilly doesn't get the drop on him with a 10 athletics I'll use "Favored by the gods" to add 5 to the 10.
Tilly is really turning into a small vulgar sledgehammer.
"So much for the subtle approach... Time for plan B. The 'B' is for Beat down." Droogan steps forward and shoves the guy the rest of the way in the room, sword drawn. "Keep your trap shut. let's not make a mess."

Also step inside. Since Droogan mentioned the words "subtle" and "not make a mess", Bowlder looks around for a sturdy-but-breakable object (like a footstool, or maybe a fireplace poker), and manhandles it in front of our new friend, which will hopefully assist Tilly's intimidation in making him cooperative.
(Could be a Strength or Athletics check, but let's stick with...) Intimidation check: 24
Edit: Was not expecting the natural 20... Let's say that Bowlder takes a sturdy iron poker, bends it in half Superman-style right under that guys nose, and asks Tilly (play-acting), "You said I could break the bad men. Is this a bad man?"

He talks too much. The villainous monologue is the opportunity these guys need to strike. Fortunately they rolled crap too. This keeps happening, though.
While everyone else was having fun bending stuff and swearing Yordis had a nose around to make sure nobody is sneaking up on us before moving near to the door, still out of sight

While we wait for Val and Bowlder's initiative, can you give us a lay of the land in the room. How big? Furniture in the way? How far away are Blue, red, and green? Is the Door Opener engaged in the fight?
It is dark inside but you can make out the form of a table and chairs with door dude under and another large mass to the other side which extends from floor to roof. Otherwise the interior fills the bounds of the building and is empty.
Blue Tilly Yordis Valentinus Droogan Red Green
I will put a temp version of blue's turn here but if bowler rolls higher it may be scrapped.
Blue runs foward and strikes with his sword for Tilly's throat Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Then he brings it up again to split her down the middle 9 Damage: 3

Tied with Blue Shirt. Up to you if you want it simultaneous, or if Bowlder gets the edge because his DEX bonus is higher (or just let BS go first because it is easier).
Bowlder draws a handaxe. Attacks Blue Shirt with that and the poker iron (improvised weapons and clubs do 1d4). (Will drop the poker and draw the second axe next round.)

I like to think Valentinus had raised a hand to knock on the door and was waiting for a cue from the others when Tilly strolled up and did it.
"All right then."

Valentinus also draws his weapon, now definitely glad he hasn't wasted time with magic.
