Round 1: Fawn - Edward - Star - Velvet - Bullywug - Giant frog - Jimbuck
Once the party knew they were detected, Fawn fired a quick shot at the guard, but in her haste the shot sailed way over its head. She then moved up the stone steps and waded through the waist-deep water to get to the path leading to the giant frog. (the water is difficult terrain and counts as double for movement. This plus having to go around the post Edward was originally hiding behind means that he can not get where he wanted. In fact, the best you can do is get into the water right behind Fawn. This also means his thunderwave spell won't reach. So Rasawl, do you want Edward to shoot a ranged weapon, use a different spell, or use the Dash action to move closer? Go ahead and target the bullywug =)
Edward rethinks his original plan...
Star moves behind the second column and fires at the giant frog with his shortbow, hitting it right in the middle of its torso! (You only add +4 to your damage vice 6, and you don't get sneak attack damage on this attack.)
Velvet also sends a pair of arrows at the frog, hitting a second after Star's shot and dropping the creature!
Round 1 (con't): Fawn - Edward - Star - Velvet - Bullywug - Giant frog - Jimbuck

Star and Velvet that was amazing, You are both most impressive with those bows. Maybe you all can give fawn some tips. Know that you have inspired me to toss my dagger at this Bullywug. To the depths with you Toadface.
Edward's dagger knocks the bullywug off of the giant frog mere seconds before it is killed by Star and Velvet. Grievously injured, the bullywug sinks below the swamp water and swims away. (Combat over! Quick & quiet...well done!) With the lookout taken care of, the party can now focus their attention on the temple.
The steps lead 15' above the surface of the murky water to the large opening - about 8' wide and 10 feet tall. You can see there are hinges for doors, but these must have been removed or destroyed or rotted away decades ago. The structure rises another 30 feet above this - a single large dome with a partially crumbled stone spire at the peak. There may have been mosaics or maybe carved statues once, now it is either broken away or covered by moss and creeping vines.
Inside and towards the back of the temple, you can make out a group of about five or six bullywugs gathered around something on the back wall. (You can not get a good shot at them until you are on the same level. If you are sneaking up, roll stealth! We'll keep your same initiative scores - I'll roll new ones for the next group. )

Edward's Turn
Before I step away from Fawn I whisper "Fawn, let's let Star redeem himself by sneaking up on these Toadies. Then he can let us know what he sees. Whatever is on the back wall may need out help. If we all rush in or are detected, they may harm whatever it is. Once we know what we are dealing with, we can devise a plan. Possibly distracting them in some way to get them away from the object on the back wall." After stating this I move towards Star and us my Bardic Inspiration on Star. I am singing quietly as to not be detected by those in the temple structure. Star this allows you to add whatever number I roll below to your stealth check (it is this is only good for 10 minutes).
Bardic Inspiration 6
Velvet's Turn
Velvet observes the temple and moves to the position on the map. Velvet has keen sight and hearing. Once in position Velvet focuses on listening to what is happening in the temple. This skill give me advantage and I assume it it a perception check

Star's Turn
Feeling just a slight bump from the Bardic Inspiration (really, a 1?), I quietly sprint up the steps and look inside the opening at the froggies inside the room.
Stealth: 13
Assuming I'm quiet enough not to be seen or heard, I'll roll for my ability to scan the area:
The dice must be water-logged in this ancient temple. I've tried three times in my post. I'll try adding a new one here... I sure hope these are fuzzy dice so the froggies don't hear me!
Star is so stealthy not even the insects care that he's there! He sees five bullywugs plus one that looks like a leader all huddled around a a pile of looted gear - probably from the Baron's hold. It looks, and sounds, like they are squabbling over how to divide the booty from their raid.
On the far wall is an ancient statue of a humanoid male with a crocodile head, holding a trident in one hand and a rod-like object in the other. While the statue is made of a gray stone, the head is crafted from a green-tinted rock and sanded smooth. The teeth are golden, and the eyes are some kind of precious stones! To the left of the statue against the northern wall is an altar with green-flame candles and several tarnished silver objects that look like the usual altar embellishments...candle holders, incense holder, a large bowl filled with flowers and seed pods, etc. In the center of the room is a glowing circle with runes carved into into it. In the south-eastern corner is a large brass brazier full of glowing coals and incense. The cloyingly sweet scent of the smoke fills the temple and covers the stench of decay you've become accustomed to from the rest of the swamp. (Map)
Tip-toeing (well, let's call it what it is, prancing) back to my friends I quietly share what I have seen. "Five froggies... plus one in charge. Booty, lots of it. Smells good up there, unlike you unwashed blokes."
Edward, have you got something for the lot? I'm waiting for your move, then shooting an arrow with my short bow towards the big guy, if necessary.

Edward
Well I do like some treasure, and taking out six of these toad faced tormentors could make for some amazing song lyrics. I would like to use stealth to get into a position in which I could use Thunderwave. I would encourage the other members of the party to get in a position in which they can get a good shot off towards the entrance. My plan is to sneak towards the doorway but off to the side just a bit. I will get ready to cast thunderwave, and signal to the party to make a noise. Once they make a noise and I hear the toads respond by moving towards the entrance (hopefully a bunch of them) I take action! I will step into the doorway and shout welcome to the sonic temple!!!! and let loose Thunderwave
Stealth 12
Then I signal, then Thunderwave Damage 13 (1/2 damage (and they do not fly backwards 10 feet) if make constitution save)
Velvet
Moves to the position on the map where the entrance can be seen and prepares to shoot any frogs who get through the doorway.

Round 1: Fawn - Edward - Star - Bullywug(black) - Velvet - Bullywug(blue/yellow) - Bullywug(green/red) - Jimbuck
(Assuming Fawn agrees to Edward's plan and holds her action...) After Star's report, Edward explains his plan and sneaks up to the entrance of the temple. He breaks out his shawm and toots a little tune to draw the bullywugs out to him. Three of them come to the entrance, spears in hand, to investigate the noise, and are greeted by a thunderous wave of sound and force! (DC14 Con save: Yellow(21) == Green(10) == Turquiose(21)) All three are pushed back into the temple and sustain some serious squish damage! The force of the spell also causes the two pillars flanking these final steps up to the temple to be destroyed, blowing stones and debris out iinto the swamp!
Fawn will...?? Then Star will move (have to get beyond the second circular platform and on to the steps to shoot inside the temple)and shoot at...?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 1 (con't): Fawn splashes through the water and gets back onto the steps leading up to the temple, not having a clear shot due to the angle, but sending an arrow into the temple anyways. (miss) Star moves forward after the spell ends and shoots at the leader (black), hitting it right in the chest and nearly driving the arrow all the way through its green torso! The bullywug leader falls to one knee, croaks loudly (surprisingly loud...)before tossing its spear at 2(1-4=Star, 5,6=Edward --> Attack: 13 Damage: 4) The turquoise bullywug recovers quickly from the thunder spell, rushing out of the temple door and attacking Velvet with its spear and a bite! (Spear Attack: 7 Damage: 7 :: Bite Attack: 14 Damage: 3) Velvet shoots two arrows in rapid succession, dropping the yellowish bullywug and hitting the red one! The blue bullywug makes it to the opening and tosses one of its spears at 5(1-2=Velvet; 3-4=Star; 5-6=Edward --> Attack: 7 Damage: 3) The greenish bullywug also recovers from the attacks and moves to attack Edward. (Spear Attack: 8 Damage: 5 :: Bite Attack: 11 Damage: 5) The last creature (red) moves to protect its leader, also croaking loudly. Jimbuck, who was caught flatfooted (or thought he'd wait to see how things played out before getting involved...who can really say?) misses badly with is crossbow, hitting the back wall of the temple near the statue of the croc-o-man.

Edward
Wastin' away again in the froggy marsh. Slicin' up me a nice bullywug. Some people claim that there's a dwarf to blame. But I know. It's that black froggie's fault! This is the tune I am singing inspired by Jimmie Buffet and Corral Froggies Band. I take my rapier and make a frog kabob of the enemy that is right next to me.
Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Velvet
Moves forward towards the structure and lets out a sigh of desperation because the bow is the preferred weapon of this Scout. Velvet then draws the short sword known as trail ender, and looks the froggie in the eyes and states "Alas you drew first blood, but, it is time I draw first death!" (Two attacks either melee or ranged)
I move as quietly as I can and shoot at one of frogs with my long bow.
