The three crewmen look at each other in a confused manner, and begin to make preparations to disembark back to the cave. Three Lizardfolk are doing menial tasks on the deck, Bloody Bjorn calls out from the helm, "Welcome back."
Klaus looks for the chain or rope presumably attached to an anchor which is keeping the ship in place. He waits to see if Archibald’s stratagem is successful before he would make an attempt to climb up via the anchor line.
Zmeya boards the ship, averting her gaze and keeping her cowl she stole from a bandit secured neatly over her head. She retches as she steps on the ship - although she was agile, she was still unaccustomed to seafaring life. She turns a shade greener than her skin normally is, awaiting the cue to attack. It concerns her that she doesn’t see the wizard yet.
Archibald waves to Bloody Bjorn as his “crew mates” climb on board.
In an attempt to imitate the captain, but in a gravely tone he responds, “Aye. Good to be back. Ran into a little trouble, but noting we couldn’t handle. Where’s Punketah? I’d like to discuss this week’s supplies as well as this nasty cut I got. I seem to think it may have been coated with something. Maybe even magical in nature.”
"He's where he always is." the first mate says. "In his quarters. But first, uh. Who are these new people?" the deck crew stops what they're doing and look you over.
“New recruits. Got more merchandise coming in. So need a few more hands to unload it. More merchandise equals more money. Simple business. It’s also lucky that I found more. Lost a few under de house to some would-be adventurers. Have someone show em where they can stow their gear below deck. Now, fetch Punketah! Getting harder to talk with every word. (Cough, cough)
"Wait. New recruits? Where did you find these people?" Bjorn asks, skeptical. "Here? In the cave? We've only been gone a day. And, how come I wasn't part of the hiring process?"
Archibald shoots him an angry glare, “Are you questioning my judgement first mate?! I am in no mood to be delicate with your fragile ego. Do not question me. When I see an opportunity to strengthen our business, I take it! And these new recruits are one such opportunity. Do. I . Make. Myself. Clear?”
Gracy follows the rest of the party up on to the deck, following behind Zemya. Cloak on and hood up, Gracy keeps his head down but his eyes open, looking for any signs of the caster.
As the ships deck creaks under the weight of each of his steps, Wilmot nervously glances about -- both scared of the fight he believes will soon occur and intrigued by his first time upon a ship at sea. "Well, this is nice," he says, quietly to no one in particular. "It sways. I like a little motion, you know."
Despite his conflicting emotions about his arrival, the firbolg knows there is work to be done. He quietly grips his quarterstaff tightly, ready to bonk the first smuggler to step out of line. He also gently taps Hiramat on the shoulder with his staff, whispering to him, "May the Dweller guide you today, my friend, in case your talents are needed quickly."
Vigilant Blessing: You give one creature you touch (including possibly yourself) advantage on the next initiative roll the creature makes. This benefit ends immediately after the roll or if you use this feature again.

“Good. We’ll talk more after I’m cleaned up and get something to drink. Go ahead and take our new crew mates below. Tell Punketah I’ll meet him at the helm. Lights better to look at my wound. Come on you.” He motions for the disguised Wilmot to follow him.
One of the lizardmen goes and gets Punketah. The both emerge from below deck. "Sanbalet. I see you are wounded." He smells briny, and appears not to have bathed in days.
Bjorn takes the rest of you below to the cargo hold. It's filled with stolen material.
As Punketah comes up from below and his friends have passed with Bjorn, Archibald nods and waves for him to come a little closer. When Punketah gets within 10 feet, and his friends are just starting down the stairs, Archibald yells “Now!”
Burning Hands on Punketah and any other baddies I can fit in the 15 foot cone.

Wilmot, magically disguised as one of the smugglers, follows Captain Archie, remaining silent and doing his best to steer clear of any of the crew.

Hiramat feels the tension in the air, and notes where his foes are on the deck, if it goes down, he'll be ready...
