This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shayne Con save: 18
RIP Shayne, it was a short but kind of gallant run. The first hit put him unconscious, the fail on poison save was sufficient damage for Instant Death as it exceeded his max HP. :(
((Yes, Shayne had freed himself of the webbing... Also, Alyna, Shayne had given you Inspiration earlier. And Spithrax within melee of Shayne as they are biting me, so I would think within your melee or close enough you could move and attack))
Before the fatal bite:
Newly freed of the webbing Shayne swipes at the giant spider-thing with his rapier with abandon even while looking at Eric and telling him "Once we clear out this beasties this'll be YOUR forest!" in an attempt to inspire the ranger to great thing. ((Such inspiration only coming next round, but still.)
(Eric's action?)
Shayne just barely manages to sidestep the bite as he pulls free of the last of the webbing...

Shayne Con save: 18
RIP Shayne, it was a short but kind of gallant run. The first hit put him unconscious, the fail on poison save was sufficient damage for Instant Death as it exceeded his max HP. :(
(Shayne still gets his attack/action before he is bitten and poisoned. )
Initiative order:
Alyna
Xylys
Eric
Shayne
---
Spithrax
Then it's Alyna's turn?
If Shayne is free from webs - Alyna just attacks (BA Magic Stone )
Attack: 7 Damage: 9
Second attack roll with Bardic Inspiration: 25
If Shane if still in the web - Help action to give him advantage on getting out.

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
(If Eric is attacking in melee, let's see that roll.)
Note:
Bardic Inspiration adds +1d6 to one attack roll, saving throw, ability check (when done by a Bard of Shayne's level)
It cannot give advantage like the usual sort of inspiration.
So, for that Attack by Alyna with the magic pebbles, we can add:
