“If you are alone Ging, then who is that on the other side of the road? You are not lying to me are you?” 

to Aramae he answer “it’s goblins. I got this one covered, and I can’t see any more pf them. Can you guys take care of the one on the other side of the road?” 

After hearing Edgar's response, Aramae will walk to the side of the road opposite of Edgar and Ging as he sees Fenro aiming his bow in that direction.

Speaking to whoever is in the shrubbery,  "Come out peacefully, and you will not be harmed."

Persuasion: 13

The person there does not move. 

 Ging squirms in Edgar's grasp. "That Gong. Gong dead."

“What do mean dead? How’d he die?” Edgar wheeze to the goblin. “If it is only you, why do you try to waylay us?” 

insight: does it feel as if he os buying time? And is he lying about Gong? 11

The dice doesn't work on my screen so if you can’t see what I rolled here I made a backup roll in the gamelog for the campaign for insight 17  

It seems like he's telling the truth. 

"Dead like not alive. He die from cuts from orcs. Ging need eat. Ging hungry. We try set trap but no one come road 'fore Gong die." 

Edgar stand up with Ging, knife still against his throat. “Oryxis, Lyrika! He says that the other one is dead. I think he is telling the truth. Can you go check? But be careful!”

to Ging he say “If your telling the truth, I’ll give you some food and help you out. But if you lie..” he putts a little more pressure on the knife. 

Aramae will investigate the area where Gong is, checking his body and looking for anything nearby.

Investigation: 8

You find a goblin sitting up but hunched over in the grass. Upon closer inspection you see many cuts on his body that seem to havs festered. Looks like he's been dead a bit. The only thing you find around him is a rusty cutlass.

Aramae shouts to the group.

"Yes, there is another goblin here, but.....he is no threat to anyone now!"

Hearing that the creature was dead, Fenro lowers his bow and heads toward Edgar. Ging didn't appear to be much of a threat, particularly on his own. He might even prove useful for them.

"Ging, do you spend a lot of time by the road here?" Fenro turns quickly to Edgar, "if he was here around the time of the attacks, he may have seen something unusual."

Aramae sends a brief prayer to Tisus about the goblin and returns toward Edgar, following Fenro.

Ging shakes his head. "No usual. Ging move here after orcs attack. Ging think this best place to get food from someone. What attack?"

Edgar removes the knife and lift Ging up and carries him over to the wagon. Then he take out some dried meat and stale bread from his pack and give it to Him. 

“Now, would you tell us where you encountered these orcs? Why’d they attack you? And is there a risk of them attacking us as well? I’m Shadow by the was.” 

Aramae will smile and bow.

"I am Taximillian Regulus. If orcs are attacking, we may be able to help."
