'Not yet, they can't run forever. Let's follow them a bit longer and see where they go. If it looks like they're just going to lead us on a merry chase around the entire city, we can try to capture one.' Sylnora sends back quickly.
They continue west down the street at a dead sprint, Sylnora following fairly close behind. Up in the sky, Silthras waits for them to scurry down another alley but they don't. They briefly go underneath a particularly wide overhang and he splits to the north as quickly as he can. As they re-emerge he can see them looking back up into the sky, but it's difficult to tell if they still see him or not. Their pace doesn't slow as they sprint for the next fifteen minutes, nearly all the way to the west wall of the ward.
On the last possible street south they turn north, running another 1/8 mile before running up to a small house on the west side of the street. Syl sees one of them fumble with a key, unlocking the door before they all hurry inside, slamming it shut behind them.
Usul is able to spot Silthras in the sky very easily, despite the vision conditions. A few times before they run around the bend of the street, he's able to spot Velyra and Kal as well.
Assuming Silthras was able to follow that, Syl sends out a telepathic message to Kal then Usul. 'They ran into a house!' Also relaying the location using landmarks as best she can. She doesn't skip a beat as they run inside, sprinting around the house to check for alternative ways out before circling back around to the front.
This residence is smaller than the one they just robbed, only a single story. There are two windows in the front adjacent the door, but all the other windows around the house are boarded up you soon find. There are no other doors on the other sides of the building.
As they approach the house Syl describes, Kal slows down to a walk, looking around for any sign of the wizard before realizing she'd still be invisible. He walks a bit further down the street to get out of sight of the front facing windows, before turning to Velyra. "Well. We followed them here. Now what?"
Seeing Kal and Velyra, Sylnora will trot up to them without breaking her invisibility and say quietly. "They went inside and I checked around. There's no other way out. We have them cornered if we want to try and get some answers..."
Velyra holds out a hand for Syl to take, speaking to the wind. "Well why we're waiting, why don't we send Syl over to peak into those windows at least." Whenever she feels Sylnora's touch, she'll cast Guidance.

Sylnora taps Velyra's outstretched hand, then quickly moves to one of the windows next to the front door of the building and peers in, looking for any sign of the group.
As Usul approaches the group from an alley he says, "We got what they were after!"patting the bag over his shoulder, Dib sniffing around on it. Then, looking to the door says, "They're all just street rats... We're sure none of them are in control. They were just sent to do a job."
Velyra looks up, smiling as Usul approaches. "We were after their stuff?" She shrugs, fine with that explanation. "Can I take a look at what they were after? Might know something about it."
"We don't have to get violent with them."Kal says, "Given their ages I wasn't really planning on it. If anything, we could try offering them coin in exchange for answers? They must know something about who hired them."
Looking through the window of the home, there isn't very much to see inside oddly enough. There's a lit fireplace, and a wooden bench with a rug underneath it right in front of the hearth. You can see another door inside on your right, a hallway at the back. You see no sign of the thieves.

Silthras grumbles, "They'll just run down a sewer or something. They are renowned for their ability to get around, but are letting us follow them. Most likely leading us away from their base..." His voice trails off briefly. "OK....let's see where this leads."

Now that's odd...Sylnora glances back towards the other, still involved in some discussion. Slowly. Quietly. She puts her hand on the door knob and turns to see if it will open.

Sylnora takes another glance at the others, then slips inside the barely opened door to take a closer look around inside. She won't go through any doors, but she'll put her ear up to them to listen.
The warm fire crackles as you enter the home, shadows playing against the far wall as the flames dance. In a little alcove between the other room and the wall that creates a hallway, you see a metal statue of a knight with a horned helmet, holding a longsword pointed towards the ground. The entire back part of the home is separated into another room by a wall, and looking down the hallway you can see a door leading into it.
Pressing your ear against the door in the living room and then the one in the hallway...You don't hear anything. Besides the fire, the home is incredibly quiet.
