9 Grond snatches the torch from whoever has it and dashes up the slope and around the corner into the cavern.
4 Aeliarin moves to the entry to the room and cast a Bolt of Fire and misses badly

Round 2

22 Igneous rushes into the room shouting epithets at the orcs
17 Fah'lin moves to a flanking position with Grond (I checked, apparently there is no flanking in 5E. Who knew)
12 Gijigume makes his double move to get into the cavern
12 Orcs 1) Not being the brightest torch in the quiver the orc continues his work to break the dam 2) See 1 3) Disappears into the room to the south 4) Wounded (10) attacks Grond Attack: 19 Damage: 9 Grond takes a reaction and uses Stone's Endurance to shrug off some of the damage 6
9 Grond 3/14 damage He swings his battle axe at the uninjured orc to the north of him O2 Attack: 16 Damage: 9
4 Aeliarin casts Guidance on Igneous (+1d4 on one roll).

Round 3

22 Igneous makes a Flurry of Blows on O1 and does 12hp damage
17 Fah'lin stabs the orc that Grond struck (O2). Attack hitting AC 13 for 5 piercing killing it
12 Gijigume swings like a rusty gate and misses
12 Orcs 1) Damaged 12hp attacks Igneous Attack: 11 Damage: 9 and misses 2) dead 3) reapears from the southern room and with him is Kl) Klarg a bugbear (you may now panic)  4) Wounded (10) attacks Grond again Attack: 11 Damage: 12 and misses
9 Grond 3/14 sees the approaching bugbear and goes into a rage and attacks O4 Attack: 14 Damage: 12 making it quite dead
4 Aeliarin uses Frostbite on the orc next to him. Save 7 failed so it takes 1hp damage

Round 4

22 Igneous attacks O1 and cuts it down. He then moves to the north of the Bugbear and takes his (Bonus Action) second attack hitting it for 7hp damage
17 Fah'lin moves to block the Bugbear and orc from entering the room. He strikes the BB for 14hp damage
12 Gijigume advances on the orc and hits for 8hp damage
12 Orcs 1) Dead 2) dead 3) Wounded 8 attacks Gijigume Attack: 20 Damage: 10 Kl) Klarg attacks Fah'lin Attack: 18 Damage: 14 knocking him unconceous 4) Dead

So of course the only person knocked unconscious is the only person who has healing magic.

Sorry I missed that. In future I'll just assume you use that feat whenever the opportunity arises. However reworking all the turns would be a total pain and I don't think is would have made all that much difference to the final outcome. Ingenious would have had two attacks on the BB instead of one which still wouldn't have killed it before it attacked... you.

If Fah'lin had the opportunity he'd have used his reaction to use this feature to protect Gijigume as well. But I see he was placed in a very poor position to hold the hall, and so losses that option.
