Question can I use an action to ready a weapon so if one of the enemies comes out the door I can attack if so I'll do that with yklwa if not I'll just wait unless I can see someone within range

16 Igneous misses with his two attacks and starts to move south and steps into the cistern (which is 10' deep) and comes to a floundering halt
14 Fah'lin hexes R1 and then misses him badly before moving onto a barrel to the north of the door.
13 Aeliarin Damage 4/15 casts Bardic Inspiration on Igneous giving him a 1d6 to use on an attack
10 Grond moves to the door and attacks the Redbrand Attack: 8 Damage: 9
9 Gijigume moves down the stairs, standing at the bottom of them, close enough to cover the northern door, should something come from that direction.
(That was truly impressive - every single attack missed)

8 Thar has been following this crazy band of people who started a fight with the Rebrands. He comes through the door to the east and sees a fight raging in the cellar.
3 Redbrands 1) Hex dead 2) moves through the door and is attacked by Igneous Attack: 13 Damage: 10 a hit so he returns the attack on the monk Attack: 17 Damage: 4 Attack: 23 Damage: 3 which attracts and attack from Fah'lin Attack: 21 Damage: 7 killing him 3) exits the room as well and picks Fah'lin for an attack Attack: 19 Damage: 8 Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Gijigume sees a figure come through the east door. You are holding your action so what do you do?
Gijigume points his rapier at the newcomer: "Don't move if you want to live," he tells him.
