”Too. Many. Damn. Books!” Hathi almost growls out, his inner anger intensifies and he goes into a rage. He barrels up to P20 to attack the book at Q20.

Hathi stampedes their way to the book destroying it in rage and a single blow.

“Oh mister bandersnatch and all we may have more worrisome foe than books!” Arcane energy begins to draw around his hands as he takes a few more steps forward.

I’ll move forward to X-19 trying to get a better look at what ever is before us. But I won’t move with in melee. I’ll hold eldritch blast for if it does something threatening.

As Cheshire moves forward all of you hear between the flapping of pages loud thuds that shake the ground... BOOM... BOOM... BOOM! A large page flips and even the farthest character can feel a gust of air rushing past them. As Cheshire sees an enormous book standing up straight. It turns its attention to Cheshire.
Elsa fires another bolt, freezing the book almost entirely. It shakes some ice off still standing and moves to C1 in an attempt to get cover from the frost magic.

Tik-tok may have considered the smaller books to be of no threat as his body would undoubtedly withstand the battering of their flimsy pages. The new encounter, however, with the massive tome could prove to be an obstacle as its size alone could hinder Tik-tok from moving forward. 

And while the smaller ones were more simple tools of something greater, the mechanical man would have to lay his hands on the large book, in order to further his understanding of this world.

As his internal reasoning caused Tik-tok to switch his stance towards the books, he retrieved the crossbow once more and fired at the large book.

Crossbow: 17 damage: 7

Seeing this giant book revealed, Hathi growls and barrels toward it, “I said TOO MANY BOOKS!” He swings his greataxe as little lightning bolts sizzle around the blade.

OOC: To clarify, do I choose whether to use the shocking effect before or after I know if it hits? I wasn’t sure how this one worked.

Tik-tok fires it's crossbow at the book and does hit it. The arrow embeds itself in the book.
Hathi brings down their axe with thunderous force (literally) the room even becomes lit for a brief second from the lightning. However through their rage they miss the book hitting the ground.
