Madclergy mentioned he's going to need to bow out of the game, citing somethings going on at home. To that end I'm assuming Bazlachi has informed the crew he will be remaining in town on a matter of personal business.
Assuming no one else has something they need to attend to separately in town, the crew can cast off or otherwise resume their adventures.
Some options;
North by Northeast, toward the Iron Empire, with outlying hobgoblin settlements.
Northeast, to the Obsidian Mountains, to raid the Chasm Dwarves of High Shale, living just beyond the boarders of Can Tinodeus.
Due East, toward Myr's Woods.
South by Southeast, toward the fey infested Bordermarches of the Gallows Glen.
Due South, to the plains North of Gallows Glen, where there orcs are moving to war.
(OOC: Tyrod was looking for a place to do a pit roast of the meat. Can we do that and treat any other sky sailors or town denizens to a BBQ, so as to build up our reputation here before heading off. Unless anyone objects, let us plan to cast off tomorrow and throw any meat we can't prep, eat, or give away overboard into the sea. Once en route, Eclipse is thinking, "fey infested Bordermarches near Gallows Glens." Other thoughts?)
(OOC - Jenaer and Tyrod are off trying to sort out the pitroast now I believe. But yes, after the Fey would interest Jenaer the most. Any news on the other crew joining? I was assuming the other ship is where they are and we should check it out so we can consolidate the two parties?)
That works for me. We can do a scene with the BBQ or assume it happens 'off-camera'. As far as the other player joining, I've put in a plot element that that is heading the ships toward meeting each other.

Eclipse: "Laitraxa, what do you make of that? Other than a waste of perfectly good Dwarven whiskey that is?" Eclipse jabs his rapier in various locations. "Laitraxa, I do not know. One of the fey, perhaps, if I had to guess. I admit it leaves me curious about Gallows Glens, for whatever she had in mind, I'm of a mind now to thwart it."(OOC: Arcana on the glyph on her red eye? 3)
At some point over the next few hours, Eclipse calls the crew together, either while prepping the pit roast, or on deck while transporting the meat off the ship.
"It seems there was some conversation going on before my arrival in the galley this morning, with the self-proclaimed 'Lady Tellura.' It seems she must have had Jenaer under her spell,"he continues, glaring at him. "For, what other reason could there be to bring one whose powers and agenda are completely unknown, aboard the ship -- even to the table -- and allow her to attack a member of the crew? 'Duel,' you say? For what cause? For being dismissed 'out of hand,' when she had had the opportunity already to speak her case if she had any?"
Eclipse is furious, and continues on with level and biting tone, lowering his voice threateningly. "Disappearing as she did leaves us no reason to trust that she might have placed any value in honor, or 'good manners' whatsoever. Indeed the incredible circumstances leading to her presence on the ship to begin with do nothing but underline how she may have taken advantage of Jenaer and Tyrod both to appear to be something she indeed is not.
"Now, it is my good fortune -- in fact, all of our good fortune -- that her blades were not poisoned, that she was not more powerful than she ended up being, and that for whatever reason, she preferred to flee rather than to destroy me. As you can see," gesturing to his bloodied and torn clothes (OOC: and he was down to 2HP, whatever one makes of that), "I barely overcame her.
"I put this to a vote of the crew, for as I promised, I prefer to move as a group, and I draw no pleasure from acting the tyrant. But this cannot happen again. Henceforth, no one sets foot onboard unless they are a member of the crew, without a vote from us all to allow it. No one. All in favor say Aye, if against, say Nay."
"And second, for Flock's sake, if one of us is challenged, do not flocking walk away or," directly in Jenaer's face, "incite."
"Come to their aid, which I would do for any one of you in a heartbeat. Do we need to vote on that too?"
Jenaersmiles politely at Eclipse, nodding slightly and looking as if he is in deep analysis of the Mawns words and gestures. “Eclipse, your tone is quite pointed, is something the matter? I don’t quite understand your request, the rules of a duel stipulate that nobody may interfere. If I were to break that rule, what trust could you possibly have in me not to break a rule of having no guests. Have we checked our belongings? Do we believe her to have stolen anything? As far as I can see there was no harm done from the entertainment this morning, and I thought it very fitting of the swashbuckling lifestyle we have all decided to take. Personally I had hoped that breakfast may have been finished more cordially, but her table manners were impeccable up to the duel.... which is more than I can say for some of us here. If it is a vote on disallowing guests, then I say a Nay, I thought meeting people was part of the fun of privateering, or am I mistaken?”
Consideri;g for a moment, Jenaer postures, ”She was indeed a peculiar creature wasn’t she. As a peace offering, we could find her and kill her for you? Would that restore your honour? It would be a shame, I did like her, but needs must. Wine anybody?”

You catch the scent of her immediately, blood and some sort of dry perfume partially disbursed by arcane energy. It mingles with Eclipse's blood, but you can still make out her path of motion through the dual. Her scent makes her out to have backed up after disappearing, then simply walked off the ship via the gangplank. The red eye wasn't clearly visible to you at any point, but the occasional caster uses a crystal ball, and this may simply be an odd way to carry a small one. You can rule out a cleric or druid's focus.
"Jenaer, you are far off base as regards the supposed rules of dueling you cling to. For example, are you not aware that according to mawn rules of honor, it is dishonorable to call for a duel at the table? Moreover, the use of spells is strictly prohibited, each party must have a second, and each spits a small hairball to their left onto the ground -- not a ship's deck -- before beginning. I didn't even have time to start licking before she attacked."
Critical Information Check (History) 6
"So I ask you. Why do you stand up for one who does not need defending, rather than for your own crewmate? If you are as concerned with such things as you say you are, you should hang your head in shame."
"By the way, your insulting and xenophobic treatment of your supposed guest didn't pass my notice either. Were you not aware that Elves -- if that is what she was -- prefer to be served from the opposite side? Did you not know that Fey -- if that is what she was -- are often vegetarians, yet you served goblin meat."

"You use such rules, which I wager you make up on the spot, merely to serve your own cunning ends, one might be tempted to think."
"Yes, I will have wine. Thank you. Oh, that is very fine, mmm."
Laitraxa follows the scent to the gangplank, then looks back to Eclipse as he drinks his wine. "She has left this way. She must be some sort of wizard or sorcerer... and her eye was her focus. Very strange. I both wonder about the sudden change in her disposition, and who she thought she was supposed to meet."
Returning close to the mawn and human, "Do you know anything about the ship she mentioned, the Hungry Sky?"

"Oh wow, what happened? I thought you guys were just going to wrestle a little to test her out. Looks like you guys went at it pretty hard." Tyrod says as he and Janear return from getting a BBQ pit setup.
"It sounds like everyone's ideas of a fair duel are different. Maybe next time one of us takes on trying to kill someone we give the rest of the crew a heads up."
"So we're thinking that she turned invisible and ran away?" Tyrod checks around some too and sees if he can find any sign of her (investigation: 19).
"I think having guests aboard is a good thing. Truthfully she seemed fine last night, and kept talking about going abroad an airship, it had a different name but I just through she had our name wrong. Are we wanting to go after her somehow? I think we should head south and look out for the orcs that are slavers. I think that's what our next idea was for our ship. But first, it's almost time for a BBQ and rousing good send off of the ship. Eclipse, do you need any healing? I have a potion I can give you to help out." He hands Eclipse a healing potion.
"I wonder if going after the orcs we have a use for the meat. Anyone know anything about poison?"

Tyrod- Sky-Pirates of Q’rath Set: Crew of the Reaver's Word
Jenaer stands next to Tyrod, even having to stop himself from putting his arm around the dwarf. “I admit I do not know the exact customs of every race on this earth, that was part of the reason I joined you, for studies of this kind. If you suggest that we restrict our interactions to those that we travel with, I fear I may become incredibly bored. Boredom is not a state that suits me Mawn, boredom begets curiosity, and we all know curiosity killeth the cat.” He smiles amiably, as the sinister words leave his tongue. “How is the wine sir?”
"Tyrod, thank you but let us save those for when we really need them."
Eclipse continues sipping his wine while regarding Janear evenly, and he pauses for a long moment. Tilts his head and makes a face and gesture which seems to say, 'fancy that. It hasn't killed the cat.'
"Janear and Tyrod vote Nay. Very well, we shall reap what we sow. As to making new acquaintances, do you not remember that you had already done that while off the ship? When you brought one back, the result was this,"vaguely gesturing to his blood-soaked garments. He finishes his wine and stands to head to his cabin. "Anything else?"
Laitraxa follows the scent to the gangplank, then looks back to Eclipse as he drinks his wine. "She has left this way. She must be some sort of wizard or sorcerer... and her eye was her focus. Returning close to the mawn and human, "Do you know anything about the ship she mentioned, the Hungry Sky?"
Eclipse: History check about the Hungry Sky: 13. He shares anything he knows with Laitraxa.
The Hungry Sky is a name that might be a reference to The Hungry Sea, a famous series of fictional pirate ships operating in the northern oceans in a set of popular novels and plays over the last two centuries. The Hungry Sea is a well enough known name that it could be compared to The Jolly Roger in real life.

(OOC: Can we roll forward through the BBQ, dump any unused meat in the ocean, and move along toward the Gallows Glens, something Janear and Eclipse actually agree on? ;)
Unless there are complaints, let's say that's happened and the ship is in the air, on it's way to it's next destination. That was the orcs on the plains yes?

Speaking to the crew over a meal, "Have any of you heard much about the slaver operations from the northern plains?" She has a expression of reptilian disgust.
