Ash, you burst forward to the boss and crack him with the back of the head with the butt of your dagger. It hits, and hurts him bad. He stumbles and likely realizes that he is under attack and that the end is near as you then retreat back. ((yep I have you right in the middle of the passageway))
Korrik moves into his illusion, unseen.
The hat skeleton takes two more vials from his hip bone this time, and lobs them again at Grax.
Attack: 22 Damage: 4
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
This time, the hobgoblin isn't so lucky with his shield. The acid vials smash on his head and the acid burns his head and face as Grax's skin boils and he screams until he falls dead.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Next Round: Ess, Busren, Boss, Ash, Korrik, Hat skeleton
Ess, seeing Ash move forward does the same. He runs out form cover, at the same time he returns his bow to his back and takes his sword out. He runs forward with his sword raised above his head. He is about to swing it at the boss's neck. He didn't see Ash try and KO the boss, and has been shooting to kill the other guys in the passageway just moments before. In this moment, he's out for blood. Attack: 5 Damage: 3
The sword nicks the boss's neck, making a small cut. He's lucky.
Yep that's exactly what happens. Billard swings instead of stabs, and the rapier misses the boss and harmlessly clanks against the wall.
The boss takes the cut in the neck from Ess, and seeing Willard now attack him he now realizes he's beaten. He recasts his 3 lights so he can see, which takes up his entire turn. He drops to his knees and now starts to whimper "Please! Do not kill me! Kill the skeleton! I surrender! Spare my life!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing Ben and Ess surrounding the cowering smuggler boss, Ash creeps up the corridor, back towards the action. She sees the hat-skeleton and switches weapons to her sling.
Peeking out from her vantage-point, at the mouth of the corridor, she readies a sling attack, for when an ally is within melee range of the hat skeleton.
As Korrik moves in, to beat up the hat skeleton, Ash fires her sling...
Ash moves forward and launches one of her deadly sling bullets at the hat skeleton. It is most definitely 'against' bludgeoning damage, and when the bullet connects, the skeleton shatters into pieces on the ground.
Korrik, feel free to change your turn now that the hat skeleton has been killed by Ash.
Korrik leaps through the shower of bone shards and flashes a thumbs up. He'll slip a dart free and hold if the boss smuggler seems to be getting frisky.
((Eg, if he pulls a dagger on Ess or Ben, or looks like he's casting something.))

The guy grunts and fidgets quite uncomfortably with Willard's rapier on his neck and Korrik also joining the scene. "Willard, what the fork? Or is that really you? What are you, a wizard? Clearly we have something in common. Please. We are sitting on hundreds worth of brandy and silk down here. We've got a good thing going. I'll let you in on it. On all of it."he looks at all of you. "All of you can get in on this. Hell, you killed my team here. You can be their replacements. Weak ass people they were. You're clearly not. Even better now with the skeletons dealt with. Look, I've got lots of work for you all. You won't regret it. Come on."
He moves his neck away from the rapier and starts to get up with his hands up if Willard allows it. If not, he will not resist the rapier, and will stay on his knees.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
He presses the blade against the boss's shoulder as he tries to rise with a tsking sound to indicate that standing would go poorly.
"Hmm. Sounds like your plan keeps you as the boss. Gods, what is your name?"
He pointedly doesn't answer the first questions, and asks,
"Explain, in detail please, what exactly you have going and how it would be more lucrative for myself and my companions than just cleaning you out and leaving you bleeding on the floor."
Intimidation: 20
He nods over to Ess and Ash,
"Search him, if you would. Never wise to leave a wizard with their toys!"
((Ben is far more persuasive than he is intimidating!))
"Maybe we take this discussion somewhere with more room?", Korrik suggests from the back of the pack where he's not likely be to be able to be much help if the guy makes a break for it.

"Ah, good point. Let's move down where you were hiding. Okay, stand up and we'll guide you. No gestures. No words except to answer our questions. Otherwise..."
He taps the rapier lightly on the man's cheek.
Then has Ess and Ash lead him down while he prepares to bash him in the head if he does/says anything but keep answering the questions.
"Sanbalet. Yeah, just Sanbalet. What, you've never heard of me? I guess that's by our design, although how the hell all of you made it down here is beyond me. Dammit we had a good thing going here. Hell, we still do if all you want in..."
Sanbalet doesn't seem too scared of you Ben. Likely because he's been through worse in his life.
"Trust me, Willard, or whoever the hell you are. I'll make it WELL worth your while." and he looks at you with his piercing green eyes.
"Yeah. Sure. Take me wherever you want. Let me show you the goods. We've got booze galore, silk worth hundreds, weapons to your hearts content... at least whatever the Lizards don't want. Yeah, that's right. I'll even get you all in on the weapons runs to the Lizards. Come on. You all must be here for a reason, right? Work with me here."
"You mind if we light up the torches? I can't see fork all. Won't be able to show you shat if I can't see. And Willard, enough with the ruse. Why'd you fork me?"
((if I ever forget to answer a RP'd question, please remind me as it's probably because I forgot to respond to it or overlooked it. In the off chance the NPC is ignoring a question, I'll tell you.))
If we leave it dark, Kay will tap Ess on the shoulder and gesture that he's going to go check out the south passage, slipping off without Sanbalet knowing that one of his captors has departed.

Billard Hanson is up.
Map is updated!
Billard pulls his rapier out that looks like a sabre and stabs the boss in his chest.
"Should have dealt with the skeletons when you moved in!"
Attack: 5 Damage: 3
He gets a bit confused by the illusion around the sabre and swings instead of stabbing...
Korrik will slip up behind the skeleton with the hat, and swing his staff down on its head, before elbowing it in the spine.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
I'm assuming no advantage, but if he has it, or if one of the above is a 1, here's some extra d20s.

No changes to map. New lights up.
(got Korrik's turn in that post cross. Will wait for Ash!)
Billard looks over the boss's shoulder and says to Ess,

On seeing Ash and hearing the clatter of bone,
"Oh, did you hear that this guy wants to give up? Question is do we let him? You seen Shorts?"
Then when Kay runs over,
