Caim grimaces. "Why don't you just do us all a favor and die already!" The storm cleric reaches toward the fire giant once more, uttering his divine words as he hopes to inflict wounds.

Tor grimaces as he attempts to maintain concentration on his Bless spell:
Constitution with advantage by of War Caster: 9
Regardless of the outcome he soldiers on and curses Zellzarf in a lively dwarven brogue: “Ye fight like a kitten and ye smell like rotten eggs, ye sulfurous bastard!”
Spiritual Weapon: Attack: 13 Damage: 14 plus 1 bonus to attack roll of Bless still in effect
Giantslayer battle axe Attack: 28 Damage: 12 plus 4 if Bless still in effect
Gnomon, ever the noble, marches up to the center of the battlefield and proudly announces "Well done, soldiers! Now, is anyone in need of a rest before we move on?"
Due to your situation, a short rest is realistic, a long rest will involve rolling for a random encounter. If there is one - and, knowing me, there probably will be - you will not benefit from a long rest.

"I'm good to go whenever." Diesa replied as she dusted herself off, oblivious to Gnomon's wounds. Looking at her, nobody could've guessed that she was just struck by a Giant's Axe moments ago.
(The Giant took her temp HP exactly to 0 but she was at full health otherwise with Alexa's healing earlier)
Chronolo jerkily stares down at its natural armor. Several dents are present, and sparks from broken internal wiring surround Chronolo’s form with a slight amount of smoke. Nothing too terrible. At least a full systems reboot wasn’t needed. “This one could do with some healing,” Chronolo robotically whirrs. The Warforged’s mouth doesn’t move, and apparently one of its speakers broke, causing the audio to sound a bit distorted.
Chronolo juggles some metamagic around, tracing several arcane glyphs in the air with a notable steampunk flair to it. Chronolo’s Eldritch Blast machine gunning (read: Sorcery Points) are now refueled.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gnomon points out the next room (around the corner, room 4) to the group, and then as per usual, slinks away into the shadows (Stealth: 25) before heading that way.
Cells. Six 10-foot-high cells with arched ceilings are barred with iron portcullises. Lying in the southwest cell is a humanoid corpse clad in plate armor and riddled with arrows.
Lever. Bolted to the floor in the middle of the room is a 4-foot-wide, 7-foot-long iron plate with a comb-shaped hole in it. An iron lever protrudes from the hole.
Two things: If detect magic is up, you detect magic coming from this room before you enter it. If you enter the room, any magic effects currently up end, as if this was a no magic zone.
The remains in the southwest cell are those of a female orog stripped of her weapons. She is shot full of arrows and her corpse is rotting.
Gnomon will attempt to continue to hide in the shadows, and if possible, peer around the room into the various cells. Is there anyone hiding in the cells? Perception: 16
