Everyone leaves the vault and enters the second room by means of the secret door. As you step through you are greeted with the lovely site of six bugbears, a gazer and a dwarf with a hook for a hand. 

The dwarf steps forward and gestures with the hook. "I'm going to be taking that gold back to the Xanathar's Guild.

I need everyone to roll Initiative. If you're higher than 16 then post your turn.

Lussa initiative 16

 Lussa casts Hunter's Mark on the dwarf, and attacks:
     Longbow:  Attack: 10 Damage: 6
              Plus Hunter's Mark:  3
     Dread Ambusher:  Attack: 13 Damage: 7

Rotthran Initiative: 6

Meep's initiative: 16

(Got a +2 dex bonus, so I think I'm after the baddies)

yeah but since it's PbP go ahead and post.

In that case, assuming there are enough enemies in close proximity, Meep will drop to his knees and Grovel, Cower, and Beg. 

"PLEASE don't hurt me, I'm a lowly wretch not deserving of the Xanathar's ire! Please please please..."

(Until the end of my next turn, allies gain advantage on attacks against enemies within 10 ft. of you that can see you.)

Delmalis initiative: 16

Delmalis calls back through the door, "Would you mind lending a hand for a moment? Your safe way out isn't."

He then races forward and lays into a bugbear, first a jab with his quarterstaff and then moving in to bite at it, something that came far too easily to him for something he'd never done...

Demalis leaps onto the quarterstaff and strikes at the doom before sinking his teeth into the bugbear's flesh. He feels alive as his teeth dig deep as the bugbear sinks to the ground.

 Lussa, you fire two arrows at the dwarf, the first striking them in the chest.

Noska (the dwarf) grunts at Lussa. "Two can play it that game." He fires an arrow from the crossbow on his arm.

Attack: 22 Damage: 7

The bugbears all stare at what Demalis just did, silent for a moment.

 Two of the bugbears run to the opposite side of the room and cover in fear.

One of the bugbears rushes Demalis. "That was me friend," and swing his morning star - Attack: 14 Damage: 11

Another will move toward Roland and attack with his morningstar - Attack: 19 Damage: 13

The third will look to Lussa, shouting "no one hurts the boss," and throw a spear at her - Attack: 12 Damage: 13

The gazer focuses on Meep and fires an icy beam toward him. I need to Meep to make a DC 12 Dex save or take 14. If you save, you take none.

It fires its second beam at Rotthran. I need him to make a DC 12 Strength save or be moved 30 feet across the room - bascially to the end of the other end of the wall.

Roland will chant look up to the sky and cast Moonbeam. If bugbear fails, he will take 6 or half on a success

Bugbear CON save - 4

 For a bonus action, Roland will expand a wild shape and turn into this glowing starry form in the shape of an archer. He'll make a ranged spell attack against the bugbear in front of him, firing a glowing arrow that misses wide. Attack: 15 Damage: 5

It's Twitch, Sybil, and Rotthran's turn.

Currently there's Noska (dwarf) and one bugbear who are attacking Lussa from range.

Twitch charges at the gazer hissing and spitting leaping up at it with wickedly curved claws and glittering eyes.

Delmalis sinks his teeth in deep to its throat and quickly drains him, licking his lips at the others as new strength runs through him. (Touch of death, +7 temp HP.)

Twitch, you miss with your first attack. As it cackles, your off-hand attack strikes it in the face, causing it to yell. It's still alive but bloody.

"That is a very strange creature. I don't like it. I say let's get rid of it," Sybil states as she stares at the Gazer before sending an Eldritch Blast at it.

Rotthran takes out his short bow and aims for the Bugbear at Demalis.

Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Sneak Attack: 7
Move 30ft back to where Rotthran was.

Sybil, your eldritch blast sends the mini-beholder against the wall. It slides down, lifeless.

Rotthran's arrow flies into the bugbear's body. He lets out a cry as blood flows from it. The bugbear is still standing but it's bloodied.

Back at the top of the round, Demalis, Lussa, and Meep, make your attacks.

There's one bugbear engaged with Demalis, one who's attacking Roland, two others who are cowering against the wall, and one who a spear at Lussa. Noska also fired an arrow at Lussa.

Meep will pick himself up from the floor. "Well, it was worth a try." He'll then cast Magic Missile at 2nd level, targeting the dwarf.
