Demalis you watch as one of the Kenku henchmen jump out and try to slash at you with their short sword.

Two more henchmen appear but decide to wait at the door for the others to open it. 

The fourth kenku is going to use their fourth movement to run up the stairs and will stop at top of the stairs.

Delmalis retaliates against the kenku who attacked him with a sweep of his staff followed by an elbow to his head, calling out to the others, "Watch out, there's hostile kenku's inside." 

Staff: Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Unarmed: Attack: 22 Damage: 7

Wellin quickly draws in the air, whispers a command then points into the room, at the Kenku.

Sacred Flame: DEX 13.

Meep looks up at Sybil, and says "I think we need to burn it down now." Reigniting the flame on his finger tip, he casts Fire Bolt at the door. Attack: 9 Damage: 1

Lussa will loose an arrow at one of the Kenku (the one outside if still alive, or through the window if she can see them):  Attack: 22 Damage: 10

(If she has advantage shooting from shadows:  second attack roll:  20)

She will move as needed to find a target.

Sybil looks around the area for anyone watching before going through the break, if she finds anyone, she'll hit them with a eldritch blast

The Kenku engaged with Demalis dodges Wellin's Sacred Flame only for Demalis to connect on both strikes. It's pretty bloody but an arrow from the show, shot by Lussa's bow finishes it. 

Meep's spell burns down the door, allowing entrance for the others. 

Another kenku appears as Sybil's Eldritch Blast hits it. 

I still need round one actions from Alberich, Twitch, and Khione. 

Twitch struggled to get their blade up as the surprisingly fast Kenku attacked, a crazed grin spreading across their lips.

Attack: 15 Damage: 9

Bonus Action: Rage.

Alberich hears Meeps plan to burn the door, and waits to shoot in if they succeed. He situates himself in an angle from the door, to hopefully spot anyone waiting to attack people entering (a favored tactic of all kinds of crooks, as he's learned). As the door does burn, he shoots if he can see someone inside through it.

Attack: 8 Damage: 10

I assume that won't have sneak attack, but added it just in case. So damage is 8, but if sneak attack applies it's 11. Not that it matters as it won't hit...

Khione Initiative: 2

Khione, who was totally here the whole time honest, and didn't seem to disappear due to otherworldly forces' mental health, slashes at the closest kenku to her.

Greatsword to hit: 9
Greatsword damage: 9

Twitch, you surprise the unfortunate kenku.

Twitch, the kenku is bloddied but it caws and spits. "All you got?" it caws in a deep, almost orcish voice.  

After situating himself, Alberich notices another kenku henchman and fires an arrow but misses. 

Khione, seeing the bandits trying to hurt her friends runs up and takes a swing at the kenku but misses. 

Round 1 Summary - 

Demalis and Sybil finish off one henchman. and Twitch bloodies another. 

No party members took damage.

The Kenku attacking Twitch will try to swipe with their shortsword.

The kenku engaged with Khione will attack her.

Another kenku leaps out and swipes at Demalis

Everyone post your round 2 actions. 

Noticing a kenku distracted with its attack on Khione, Alberich lets another arrow fly, it as his target.

Attack: 23 Damage: 9 

"Do try to keep one alive," Sybil mentions as she looks down at the downed kenku nehchman before moving through the location, follwoing the sound of battle, blasting whatever she finds.

Attack: 11 Damage: 1

Lussa will fire another at the Delmalis' attacker:  Attack: 8 Damage: 4

(Second attack roll for advantage, if appropriate:  14)

Delmalis will move to the nearest still standing kenku and attempt incapacitating blows rather than fatal ones, following the advice of his allies.

Attack: 19 Damage: 8
Attack: 23 Damage: 5

Meep scurries along behind Sybil, trying to figure out the arcane nature of her Eldritch Blasts. His finger is still alight, ready to blast anything bigger than a kenku that appears hostile as he also moves into the building.

Wellin curses as he draws in the air whispers a command then points into the room, at the Kenku who just appeared.
