On his go, Meep will ask "I guess they're not supposed to do that?"

He'll flick his wrist toward the closest one (within 50 feet) and cast Web Orb at the scarecrow. DC14 Dex save or it's restrained, it can try a Strength save (same DC) on its turn to break free as an action. 

Twitch Initiative: 21

Twitch began twitching and growling and threw themselves at the pumpkin head.   

BA: Rage.

Attack: 17 Damage: 8

An onslaught of ranged attacks comes at Pumpkinhead. He takes the Eldritch Blast with full force, but the Alberich and Lussa you notice your attacks don't affect it as much. You still deal damage, but it doesn't look as affected. Twitch comes in with that rage and hits it with their new axe, dealing a bunch of damage. 

Pumpkinhead is angry but Meep's orb hits him. 7

Pumpkinhead will try to attack Twitch

The other two scarecrows, who already been moving, will move toward their own targets. Sackcloth will move toward Demalis and use their full movement to get there. 

Blanket will try and move toward Lussa using their full movement to get there. 

Twitch takes two damage from the scarecrow.

Demalis takes your first round action and everyone else take your round 2 actions. 

Sybil continues her blasting of pumpkinhead while maintaining a distance from him and the other scarecrows for the time being.

Twitch looks at the new axe happily and hacks at the scarecrow again, bringing the second ( not as shiny) axe across for good measure.

Meep sees Sackcloth moving toward Delmalis, so he'll point a finger at the creature, utter a syllable that sounds halfway between a cough and a snarl, and send a mote of fire streaking toward the scarecrow.

Fire Bolt ~ Attack: 12 Damage: 3 Fire damage

Seeing the pumpkinhead has become an easy target, Alberich doesn't bother trying to hide as he attacks it again.

Delmalis takes a quick jab at the creature with his staff before quickly stepping in to hit with his elbow and knee.

Demalis steps forward and deals a bunch of blows to Sackcloth. 

Round 2

Sybil's Eldritch Blast misses as Twitch lands both of their attacks on Pumpkinhead, who slumps to the ground. 

With Pumpkinhead finished, Alberich sends an arrow into Sackcloth. Meep follows with a firebolt into the scarecrow. Sackcloth screams as the fire seems to do more damage. 

Lussa is still up for round 2 and then the scarecrow's turn. 

Lussa uses her BA to cast Ensnaring Strike and fires at the scarecrow closing on her:  Attack: 18 Damage: 6

Blanket strength save - 9

Scarecrows turns

Sackcloth looks at Demalis and sprays green mist in his face. Demalis I need you to make a DC 11 Wisdom Saving throw. If you fail, you are magically frightened and paralyzed until the end of the scarecrow’s next turn. 

Blanket will attack Lussa with its claws.

Attack: 7 Damage: 3

Attack: 14 Damage: 7

Round 2 action from Demalis (unless you're frightened) and Round 3 for everyone else

Twitch didn't think spraying green mist at people should be allowed and leapt onto Sackcloth, slashing and hewing...

Sybil moves the hex from pumpkinhead to Sackcloth then before blasting it with Eldrich Blast.

Attack: 25 Damage: 13 Hex damage: 5 necrotic 

Lussa draws a handaxe and swings at blanket:  Attack: 7 Damage: 6

Seeing how much more effective the fire was, Meep shouts out "They burn! Look out!" and sends another bolt at the one attacking Delmalis

He continues his furious assault on his assailant, or the nearest still standing.

Demalis feels fear in the back of his mind for a moment but he's able to shake off the mist's effects. He responds with a dangerous combination that tears the scarecrow construct in half. 

WIth Sackcloth dead, Sybil's Eldritch Blast and Hex move to Blanket as her Eldritch Blast deals a creates a hole in the center.
