Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
Layla pulls a dagger from her person, and tosses it gently in the air, the Dove flies around her body to her other shoulder, flapping its wings once towards the front of her as the Dagger falls level, The spell Catapult is cast upon it- The creature in the way must make a save of 13 or higher- Laylas' hair falls forward around her shoulders with the force of the spell and the bird as it lands on her shoulder once again.
(As well if it moves, any "living" creature behind it for 90 ft must make and succeed on the save. Else they get hit and the damage is done.)
Damage: 13
(If it moves, or if it's not dead, how heavy is it?)
(Okay, I know some people allow to pick up people or "Cast it on their shoes" or whatever, like a board below them whatever and fling people.)(So just curious)

Establish boundaries. And if anyone crosses them, speak up. If they don’t listen, there’s always cloudkill … -Tasha
(In an open field, being able to move an ally 90 feet in a straight line with a first level spell would be excellent (probably over-powered), however given the more complicated nature of most of the arena setups, it would probably not be as useful and thus more balanced)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Maps not updated yet but there's only one left, right? I wanna move to where I'm in range and pop an arrow in it's butt. Also stowing my rapier, of course.

(Yes that would apply to willing creatures. You could cast it at a higher level to launch Roondar.)
Baryk moves out of his favorite alcove and takes a shot at the drone. He hits it right in the butt and it drops to pieces.
The head medic comes out to congratulate you. He's deemed Baryk, Layla, and Gewonnt fit to fight.
You each gain 600 xp and 150 gold. Basil shows you the way to the prize room and encourages you to equip yourselves.
Tier 1:
"Take any one item. We're well equipped." The room contains every item from the players handbook weighing 70 pounds or less, armor of varying sizes, instruments, tool kits. There are also spell scrolls, every first level spell is present (as well as spells scrolls of a level for which a magic user of the characters new level would have slots for), and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Reading these books will grant you proficiency with any onr tool kit or any one language, depending which book you choose. The books are magically infused to allow easy retention, but the magic is lost once used.
(I'm pretty pleased with the modrons for training. They can scale effectively and make sense and offer a good challenge without being to hard to kill or too deadly. A nice mix.)
Baryk, advancing to level-3 you will be able to choose an upper tier prize if you wish.
Upper Tier:
The victor may choose an item from a magically infused chest that summons 10 randomly selected magic items to choose from (rarity determined by level). Alternatively they may exchange a magic item for another item of their choosing of the same rarity or lower, if the administrator has the requested item in his extensive collection. "You name it, we've probably got one somewhere."
Gewonnt squawks, then attacks again.
Spear AC: 10 Damage: 8
Unarmed strike AC: 11 Damage: 6

Gewonnt spins his spear, kicks, and spins. More about the show than the attack.

Hello, I would like to join this Forum. Do you mind if I tag along for the ride?
The dagger us catapulted at the sphere (save 20) The drone flits to the side avoiding the dagger. Which lodges in the wall beyond.

(That I don't know. But it qualifies as a creature, not an object, if you want to target it with Catapult.)

Little confused. So I can pick a magic item even if it's not on the list?
