Mazara moves in. (How's Mazara get in you house? ... Innuendo.) As he opens the door inside it produces an audible *click* (1)... A trap is sprung! (1)... Spikes burst through the floor boards dealing 13 piercing damage. (Dex save DC 13negates).
With heroic effort, Mazara manages to not cry out like a punk after getting stabbed through the foot. But he looks to Hans teary-eyed and biting his lips.
Volgrod, carrying Temiki on his back, charges through the first door and up to the second using his readied movement. On the top of the turn he smashes down the second pair of doors and moves 5 feet to H11. He and Temiki will both Ready actions (in PM.)
(BTW Vurnic, Shakar and Volgrod all benefit from my Aid cast during prep time)

Temiki gets Ready to open the door (destroying the door would require an attack.) Volgrid charges ahead as the gates open and Temiki kicks it open. *click* (2)... Slam.

A moment later (on their initiative), they charge ahead, squeezing through the doorway, and kicking open the next door *click* (2)... Temiki Volgrod finds a trap! (3)... A burst of flames shoots out at the fiend dealing 8 fire damage (Dex save DC 13 for half). There they each prepare their next action.
(If Volgrod is not acting as a controlled mount he may not move/act with Temiki's turn. He'll either go before or after her. That said you simply end up at H-12. Also note Volgrod is large.)
