The title bird lands atop Laylas head Layla reaches down and scoops some snow from the ground. The bird hops down and flings itself about in the snow in her hands. As it finishes it takes flight, flying towards Paren & Shmitty, A single snow covered feather falls between them as they begin to get pelted by snowballs from every direction. (Dex save from both for half damage at DC 13)

The bird turns and flies directly back to Layla as she holds out her hand and grabs the bird from the air, turning she runs to 15 F and hides.

Tundra:

Layla pelts Paren and Shmitty with snowballs. Paren ducks to avoid them, but he's still looks pretty rough in the end. She casts the spell with unnatural speed, then retreats to hide affording Grianne an Opportunity. (To hide requires an action. I will have to assume you use meta magic for it.)

Layla uses her reaction to cast Shield blocking both arrows they glance off to the side, imbedding themselves in the glaciers. She pulls the dove closer to her and whispers softly to it. 

Paren sees Eider and with his innate ability cast his Hunters Mark on him. Drawing his bow back he takes aim at what he hopes is the true Elider.

I am pretty sure you can. As long as my attack did not drop you.

It did not, also if you were in the same space (within 5 feet of where i am now) your first attack would have had disadvantage because of melee range. I didn't see it until just now and looked back over the whole match. Either way, even with both hits Ob is till up.

(Ob is saddened your puny arrow caused his swipe to miss. XD)

(True it would have,but having advantage on the attack roll for being hidden canceled out the disadvantage.) So I think both hit.
