Polly Disengages with the spiritual weapon (bonus Action) flys up and over to J 9 and remains in the air about 15 feet up. and Sends a Volly Magic Missle at Nalok 14

Feeling a bit sluggish Nalok will cast Cure wounds at the second level on himself.

Bog:

Grianne summons her giant constrictor snake and it feasts on Baby Git Rite. 

The mist begins to encircle Grianne, but her tornado protects her.

Nalok summons a spectral blade as he hurls a blast of light at his foe. Polly avoids the light, but gets cut by the blade. As the blade lands he uses his quick reflexes to avoid getting cut too deeply.

Polly sends another series of missiles at Nalok, who takes a moment to recover from his wounds.

Bog:

Polly blasts Nalok again cutting easily through Nalok's heavy armor

Shmitty emerges from the river to cast Spike growth revealing his position to cast the spell. Grianne is surrounded by wicked spikes

Nalok pulls on his reserves healing himself rapidly while his spiritual weapon swings at his foe!

Nalok's spectral blade flies 20 feet nearer to Polly, and lunges to attack, but it doesn't reach the bird.

Nalok recovers some of the damage he's sustained.

The mist closes in a small cage surrounds the pair.

(The spell says that the spikes are not obvious. Even if casting the spell reveals my location, you kinda screwed my strat by telling her what I cast. Shmitty concedes for this round. There no point in continuing.) 

(Wait, she can see the whole transformation so I am wrong. I have no way to get out of this. I will die next turn in the mist so I still kinda want to wave the white flag...)

Disengage using bonus action move 10 ft north west cast sleep on Nalok. 29

Nalok looks at you blankly.......Then proceeds to chase you along with his spirit weapon! (Close but no cigar mate!)

Spirit weapon will move behind and swing at you!.

Attack: 23 Damage: 8

And Nalok come in the front and slames his hammer down unleash a storm of thunder and lighting at you!

Thunder wave for 16 damage (Con Save 13)

Half damage for 8 then
