Lasser will move to A-10 and cast sleep Lv 2 directly between Crow and Keygella 28 

"Taking his flute, start to play a lullaby" 

(if both or only Crow fall asleep) Lasser will approach to Crow and as bonus action attempt to take his weapons and throw it away .then he reach to A-7 (if is possible the Bonus Action,
if not only the movement is okay) 

(if noone or just Keygella) Lasser will approach to Crow  revealing  his face from Parabolus darkness , looking directly Crow`s face and making an horrible zombie face. (Crow must succeed a Wisdom saving throw (10) or stay frightened at the end of the next turn.)

then Lasser use Fey Step to be teleported directly to A-7 (if Crow  is frightened) Lasser stay in A-7 , (if not, he run to B-4 taking cover from the wall)

Lasser moves out the back door and through the  narrow alley behind the building to escape the Darkness. There he utters a familiar incantation and Keygella falls unconscious. Crow fights off a sudden bout of drowsiness. To see Lasser's terrifying image as he shifts out of existence appearing elsewhere in a heartbeat. (Crow, Wis save or fear Lasser for one round.)
