Valmarir moves around dardan, to behind the wall at 9e. Once he gets there he peaks around the corner aiming his bow for a straight shot. He breaths then releases the arrow covered in the poisen, right after notching a next one.

(I'm afraid not Iscal, Hex is a good and powerful spell, but it lacks versatility. It does not benefit spells that do not have attack rolls. It's an oft chosen spell because, as a warlock, you have very limited spell slots, and you can concentrate on one casting of Hex for up to 24 hours. Furthermore when coupled with Eldritch Blast. EB strikes up to 4 times when cast at higher level, dealing the extra d6 with each hit. The secondary bonus, reducing ability scores has limited use. Wis affects perception if you're sneaking. You can use it to 'Face' an encounter to avoid it. But the effect is intended to give the spell comparability to Hunter's Mark)

Dardan gets caught in the cloud (save:(2)22) He is unaffected by the toxin.
Valmarir fires on Dardan with a poison tipped arrow, but the shot flies wide as he ducks back behind the wall.
