"Whether you be fiends or friends, I will give you anything to help my husband!" the lady says.
The Paladin runs downhill, He brings Shake-a-Spear near the wagon. "I have done what I can m'lady" he gasps between breaths laying the Bard's body down.
The lady kissed the cheeks of the Bard and whispers something. Two others run out of the wagon.

(OOC - somehow a couple of my posts arrived in the wrong order? Maybe I had the thread open in two tabs?)
Cail smells whiskey on Shake-a-Spear's breath as the playwright goes in and out of consciousness.
Alarion is helping move the man into the wagon.
Silver is still looking around at the forest to sense if danger lurks, but also glances into the wagon.
Katherine is inside the wagon, helping to put the injured man at ease onto the floor.
Rowan is on guard and also helping in any way he can.
All of you are perceptive, adrenaline still flooding from the strange last hour of your journey. You all see or catch glimpses of what and who is inside the wagon...

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kathrine waves for the husband to be laid down on a cushion or soft place inside the wagon. Pushing chestnut hair behind and ear she kneels down next to him, and looks him over for any injuries or what could be wrong with him...
Tom's wife looks up in gratitude after her husband is comfortable. "You can call me Annie, ya dear hearts!"
"You've proved to be friends not foes. I'll look after me man, yous should all be fed." She looks down at Tom fondly, and snaps her fingers. She harrumphs and snaps her fingers again, her gaze still on Tom.
An awkward moment passes before the boy pipes up, "Maam, the cook and the other ran away."
"Bloody 'ell!" the woman cries. She turns her gaze up to the travelers. "My hospitality appears to lack tonight." she huffs. "You'll have to make camp outside... I hope ye be posting guards and at least let us know if any more beasties want a piece o us!
The fur covered humanoid watches, only the flicker of her cat ears give away the fact that she is listening.
Gabriel has been recovering his strength after the exertion of running up the hill, and back down with Tom in his arms.
He wonders about the other guard. 'Where is Sildar?' he worries. But what can he do now? Night has fallen. What remains of the troupe needs guarding. Perhaps he can talk to the other travelers about the missing guard as they make camp.
Starting a small camp fire Gabriel pulls out a large pot from the wagon. Filling the pot with water he places it over the fire, then adds some oats, and a pinch or two of salt. "Damn but I miss that elf, he made a excellent gulash. The food is plain but your welcome to it."
Gabriel pull up small stool from the wagon and sits to eat his oats.
"My thanks again for the help. But I must ask, are any of your trackers? My comrade Sildar is lost or taken by those goblins, and I need to find or rescue him. We have been traveling to meet a friend Gundar Rockseeker in Phandalin. He thinks he has found the lost mines of his people."
Nodding to Alarion, Gabriel smiles"and my thanks for taking a watch, I used some of my healing energy on Tom to stabilize his injuries, he is a good man, not overly talanted." He says with a wink, "but a good man."
They see the 'lady' Anne, the young boy, and the tawny humanoid cat-person go in and out of the wagon occasionally, going about their business (in the bushes).
Annie comes over to the campfire to thank Katherine. "Thank you dearie, for checking him over and setting him to healing. I hope he'll be right as rain in the morning, as you said."
The cat-person has been lingering outside the wagon, cat ears flicking towards your conversation... and in a roundabout way comes closer to the group around the fire.
Will the group invite this stranger or tell them to mind their own business? (as you enjoy your dinner of gruel and prepare for sleep and set watches. Alarion and Rowan have taken the first 2.)

Cail has his own muffins. He asks for the first watch, since he can't see when it gets darker.

A scared looking boy and a humanoid covered in tawny fur look on from the far corner of the wagon.
Two humans had run out of a hidden door and continue to run back up the hill on the Tribor trail, towards the main road.
The wagon is covered from floor to ceiling in colorful things, and things that shine in the light of the covered lanterns hung on the walls.

Rowen takes a seat near the fire. He looks towards Alarion and says,
"I'll take watch after you." As he sits, he keeps an eye on the folks with the wagon, gazing curiously at the cat-person.
