Alarion finds all the larger pieces of the wheels, thanks to his darkvision (and roll). Unfortunately, there are burned pieces and many small slivers of wood. He brings what he thinks is at least one wheel's parts back to the campfire, and uses Mend.
If a zombie and a wheel could have offspring... well, half of a wheel is mostly there? It would take several days to comb the hill for all of the splinters.
"I am sorry. It seems the wheels cannot be effectively repaired.", Alarion says. He turns to the other adventurers, "Does anyone have any potential solutions?"

"Make new ones. I'm not a carpenter, but I've made my own longbows before."
"That could work, if anyone has the tools." Alarion says. "Another matter of concern is where those goblins came from. They seem rather organized, and that is worrying."

"Indeed. We should fix the wheels as quickly as possible. If there are more goblins, these people are sitting ducks."
"Perhaps in the morning, we should try to find the goblins' base of operations. But that would leave the wagon unprotected..." He frowns. "You're the warrior, what do you think?"
“If we don’t have a wheelwright we’d be better off walking than sitting here cursing our lack OA skills and tools. The horses can be packed with the heaviest gear and we can all keep an eye out as we stretch our legs,” Dilver suggests to nobody in particular.

"Watch the wagon for now. We'll talk in the morning."
"Alright." Alarion runs his fingers through his hair. "Gabriel, you said your companion was taken by the goblins? That seems more reason to find them, but I wouldn't want to leave Madam Anne, Master Tom, and their companions unprotected. We did not train for this in Silverymoon."

"I just came for rabbits and Earl Grey. At least I might get enough to buy a copy of General Arcane Theory."
"I doubt it is a large group of goblins in the area, I think if we take the fight to them we provide more safety for the merry band of performers then if we guard them and out ambushed again. Phandalin isn't far away from here." Gabriel doesn't seem happy with the plan bit seems resolved." Also we need to save Sildar, he is a good warrior but out numbered or injured I fear for him."
"We should rest, and see what the morning brings. Cail you said hunting rabbits, are you a tracker, any chance in the morning you could see what information the goblin tracks might tell us?" Gabriel looks up hopefully.

Gabriel pulls from his pack a suit of quality made leather armor. Removing his chainmail he dons the leather armor, his chainmail is to heavy to sleep in, so at least the leather offers a tiny bit of protection while he sleeps. Pulling a flask of oil from his pack, and a rag he sets to cleaning his armor before wrapping it up and securing it to his backpack, wouldn't want to leave it behind in the case of a tactical retreat. Setting his shield and long sword next to him Gabriel rests his head on his pack.

"Kathrine, what God is it you serve?" Gabriel would ask when she mentioned her name.
Clever idea Mr. Amanodel.

"I serve Eldath." Kathrine responds with a nod to the warrior.
