Mason addresses the group "So we have a new friend who is leading us ..." he turns to the young woman "where exactly are you leading us? Caya indicated that we need to protect you. What exactly are we protecting you from?"
"My grandfather was kidnapped by orcs here in this area, I escaped, and I am not sure why you are protecting me."
Mason watches the talented Brightmoon search for orc evidence and look for tracks etc... "Wow, you are good at this kind of thing. Glad you are part of the group" Mason will help if there are any other things to do.
He then turns to the woman and asks "Do you remember anything about what direction the came from or which direction they went after taking your father?"

"Grandfather, I didn't pay attention, I ran before I could even see. What they were doing with him."
"If we are to follow the tracks, we should deliver this young woman back to her home. Does anybody have a familiar or the like that could escort her? If not, one of us should bring her back to the settlement and catch up with the group when we're done."
She shakes her head "No, I am far too weak to help rescue him. You should go without me, I'll meet you back at Elvenoak. Please, save him." She then escorts herself back to Elvenoak
"My skills to find the trail are one of my strengths, but tracking and perception are not as strong. I do not mind leading the way but will defer to anyone who is stronger in these areas"
He will lead the way unless someone else speaks up.
The tracks lead you up to what appears to be an orc encampment. Huts made from the skins of killed animals dot across the small parch of land. There is a pair of orcs in a in the westmost part of the camp, roasting some sort of animal over a fire, and another pair guarding a hut that's larger than the others.
Mason huddles with the group and quietly lays out what he thinks might work "I can cast invisibility on Brightmoon" pointing at Brightmoon "And you and Tuner" pointing at Tuner "Can sneak behind the orcs on the west most part of the camp. The rest of us can gather on the other side. Not close enough to be heard but close enough for me to attempt to hypnotize the two guarding that hut. As soon as I cast the second spell you will become visible so you should attack at that moment. What do you guys think? I'm up for other ideas" He quietly listens to the others.
"Brightmoon, you have mad skills when it comes to being quiet and hidden. You are the master of stealth right? Go and find the old elf and we will stay on the hut side ready to try and hypnotize the nearby orcs. Just remember that as soon as I attempt to hypnotize the orcs you will lose the invisibility. I will send you a message just before then to see if you have found the old elf and are ready to reappear" Mason cast invisibility on Brightmoon.
Brightmoon nods and when the spell is cast attempts to get near the tent, he checks to see if there is room to sneak by guards and if the tent is open. (Stealth: 20 adv:23 and investigation: 20)

You are undetected, but there's no way to get into the hut without getting noticed, they're blocking the entrance. You cannot see what's in there either.
(Did my insight check tell me anything about her or her story)
"My grandfather was kidnapped by orcs here in this area, I escaped, and I am not sure why you are protecting me."
You can tell that she is truly concerned for her grandfather. She does not appear to have any intentions of harming you or your group
Brightmoon offers the young woman a couple of his knifes in case she wishes to fight if the orcs attack.
"Are we expecting the orcs to be right here? Or do we go hunting them," Polly says, scanning the trees.
Brightmoon investigates for evidence of the orcs or the path they took. (Investigation 27)

Lot's of stuff ...
You find a trail of footprints heading west of where you are.
"Grandfather, I didn't pay attention, I ran before I could even see. What they were doing with him."

"The trail leads to the west are we ready to follow?"
"Have we asked her, she may want to help save her grandfather?"
She shakes her head "No, I am far too weak to help rescue him. You should go without me, I'll meet you back at Elvenoak. Please, save him." She then escorts herself back to Elvenoak
Caya nods to Brightmoon. "We shouldn't waste any time. Is everybody else ready?"
"My skills to find the trail are one of my strengths, but tracking and perception are not as strong. I do not mind leading the way but will defer to anyone who is stronger in these areas"
He will lead the way unless someone else speaks up.
Mason starts following Brightmoon as he follows the tracks he found "Nice work!"

"I like the plan, but I suggest that one of the invisible people find the elder elf and be prepared to protect him in case things don't go as planned"
