"Do you know how much sway Rhun would hold with the king? Would the king listen to the bearers of a letter with Rhun's name on it?"
"Of course the leaders do have to visit Semun Castle once in a while. My father and Leader Rhun did have a close friendship before he went mad, I'm not sure if he will listen or not, but you may just have to see."
After they walk away and clearly out of earshot, Brightmoon says "From everything I can tell she is sincere and needs our help, but I have worked in intelligence work for many years and her stories about the letter concern me. First she said she "borrowed" it and then later said she found it on the street. I am concerned since we are putting a lot of faith in this letter to get us in safely to the king. Did you sense any deception on her part?"
One Wave is a shop that appears bigger on the inside than the outside. Several tables with many assorted goods lay scattered around the shop. In the far corner of the shop is another table with a young human woman with flowing brown hair. On one of the tables are several items for writing and four forgery kits.
Anyone going to the Leader's Villa
You come across a large house while heading east of town, it is fairly obvious that this is the Leader's villa. The front of the building cannot be seen well, as the sun is right behind it, so it appears pitch black on the exterior. The one part that can be made out clearly is the front door; made from dark wood and set neatly on their rims.
Brightmoon examines the kits to find the best quality of the group. Given that the shop carries these, he looks around to see if they also have any poisoner kits or items he needs to replenish his disguise kit. If he does not find these items, he will ask the young woman if they have material for the disguise kit.

"I feel like we should just wing it and knock on the door to see how far we come", Tuner says as he sets a step towards the door"or do you guys feel we should get our stories straight so we don't accidentally spill any information we aren't ready to share?"

"Do that, and then we'll knock. I'll try a servant's door."

Caya ponders for a moment. "She does seem clearly concerned. There may be something off about her, but I think she is truthful about her father, though I'm worried she is withholding important details. We'll keep an eye on her. If it gets too bad, I have a zone of truth spell I can use, but she'd know we used it and we'd probably lose her trust. It's a last resort."
In the shop, Caya purcheses what she needs from the writing materials. (I edited my character sheet.)
There is one forgery kit that clearly stands out to you, it is fresh new and has everything needed inside of it. You see that there are no poisoner kits in this shop, and there are two disguise kits on a table in the back of the store.
Mason will go to the One Wave. He asks the young women. "Do you have magic items? I only have 115 gold pieces so expensive items will have to wait. I could use a magic shield or a magic robe or ring if they are useful. Otherwise I will wait and find something later."
Polly disguises herself as a well-to-do, proper-looking dragonborn noble before they approach. She looks at the others, winks, and knocks on the door daintily.
Tuner decides to sit back on this one and follow Polly's lead. Interested to see what she has to offer on this kind of operation and to help out should it be necessary

For the first few seconds, nobody answers. Then you hear the sound of somebody walking on wood to the door. The door opens to a red dragonborn man with a large tooth on the left of his mouth, he wears a green robe on him with a belt to tie it together. "Can I help you?" he asks in a gruff voice.

The woman gives you a disappointed frown "I'm sorry, but we don't sell magic items here. Why don't yiu try looking at The Bubbling Pot."

"I'll go to the house. See if anyone mistakes me for a servant and lets me in."

Nods at Caya and says, "Let's go"

Lot's of stuff ...
Brightmoon picks the best forgery and both disguise kits ask the young woman for the price.

Halfast will follow a short distance behind like a servant and look for a servant's entrance if the party is turned away.
