Vahorn frowns as he hears the frightened squeaks of the mouse. Provoked into action, he darts out from behind cover, loosing an arrow at the fair skinned woman before returning back to position, his back against the cave wall. “Watch out for the snake, I’ve got a bad feeling about it....” (does he recognise it as a native snake, or similar to the ones they fought before?) ”It’s just two people,“ Vahorn responds to Hayeth, “It may be wise to save your energy.”
Noell freezes as the woman drops. The wet sound the woman makes, the sight of the blood blooming across her chest as the bolt flies true, and crumple of her body cause her to falter. She has hunted before; she's even killed before, but those were animals, meant for food. This... this is something different. It's the first time she's ever fired on another person, let alone killed anyone, and she lowers her crossbow in shock.
"I... Did I just do that?" she mutters, stunned, unable to take her eyes off the woman, even as the mouse drops from her victim's lifeless hand.

Noelle is up, the snake looks like it is approaching the party. This particular snake looks native to the area, and just a bit bigger than typically found here.
((Wasn't expecting that guy to go down so quickly, so I didn't state this in my first turn, but if Lia got the last blow she would have been aiming to incapacitate, not kill))

Noell lowers her crossbow, breathing a sigh of relief, and approaches the woman that she killed. She kneels by the corpse and studies her face, trying to see if she recognizes her as someone from town. She gives the unconscious man a good look over as well. "Why were they raising snakes in this cave?" she mumbled, rooting through the corpse to try and find clues as to the woman's identity and purpose.
Vahorn pulls out a few seeds from his tunic and crouches down to offer some to the mouse. “I don’t know Noell, but they’re messing with the natural order. This snake is one of the natives, and it’s back to it’s nature now that the coaxing is over.”
Checking over the two bodies, Vahorn nods with a grunt. “Fine control with the fire there....” his eyes lock with Hayeth “But don’t get overconfident, the woods are easily burned, and not so easily doused.”
Pulling a few thin blades of bark out of his pocket, Vahorn crouches down and grabs the scorched man’s hand. “Do you have your questions? Words aren’t my thing.”
Hayeth grins a little "Fire isn't my only tool but easily the most effective in here"
She looks down at the scorched man
"If you can wake him I'm sure Dumasz and I can make him talk one way or another"
She pauses for a moment "that sounded more sinister than I meant it... oh now I think about it Fay could you keep an eye on the tunnel entrance for me, wouldn't want to be surprised by a larger snake worse coming to worst"
Once shes finished speaking she sends Fay down the tunnel to keep watch
