*me: pokes Ghost in the ribs and whisper "Don't forget what the whole reason of this quest was"*
"Yes cave secured. Lets find merry and get them back to the inn. I'll come back later and mine all this ragnite." Ri'v is starting to vibrate with excitement at what he can make with the stuff.
*also, you guys can split the lid of the sarcophagus and use the adamantine to craft any weapon you would like*
With everything they need in their backpacks, the group starts to make their way up to the surface. As they pass the rooms that they found earlier, they see the once neat area of the necromancer's desk and files has been turned into a mess and all the papers regarding the research and formulas were gone. There was a knife in the wall that had a scrap of cloth attached to it. The little cloth had a picture of a skeletal hand dispensing dark magic..the emblem on the sarcophagus.

Envisioning zombie hordes if there is more necromancers. "Note to self install flame throwers."
There is also a note saying: One of many creations to be. You have destroyed one of many. You might see me, you might not see me. My little scrap of cloth will follow as it has before.
The scrap of cloth gently floats down to the ground.

"Yep, flame throwers... many many flame thrower. I need a bed, coffee and shower. Let grab everything and head out." Well I guess this is the last bow of the danger in the quarry. Its been a blast!
The group made it out of the cave and quarry. When they were about to seal the cave they see the little skeleton they spoke to before..his head tilting in a questioning way. Do you still seal the cave?

What I mean to say that Tnosh're was the necromancer all this time. The little scrap of cloth is his signature. I originally was planning on having y'all fight him, but as we all know that the outcome was a bit unexpected XD

Whether they sealed it or not, we will never know. The group gets to Merry's hideout and sees him in his solid form sleeping on the ground. They pick him up and they make their way back to the tavern.
