25E. This room’s chest contains a silvered shortsword (worth 110 gp).

Pleased with her success, Sofia carried all the items she found and showed them to the party in Area 24.  "Managed to get the chests open.  You might want this one.  Silvered weapons are useful against the supernatural, which there seems to be a lot of down here." she commented before tossing Debauchery the silvered shortsword.  

Debauchery takes the sword, testing its balance. "Well, it's not my preferred weapon, but I think Torment here can take a break for a bit," he says, smiling and sheathing one of his scimitars. "Alright silver lady, let's see how well you dance. Bring on the monsters."

"Yes, lets."  She'll then head to Area 26

AREA 26

Area 26 is a hallway. The chanting grows louder. And it gets colder. The hallway leads to AREA 29 and 30.

Slink is humming a bawdy ballad to herself and misses out.

A pit opens up at Sofia's feet. She falls into a spike pit, taking taking 4 bludgeoning damage from the fall plus 5 piercing damage from the spikes. With rope, you're able to get her out.

Sofia, with considerable effort, managed to extricate herself from the pit slumped against the wall in extreme pain.  I should've died back there... she thought to herself as she felt a decent amount of blood pool out of her from a few different holes.   She could even sense Zoomi's concern in the back of her mind which could only mean she had somehow cheated death just a moment ago. 

After not moving for a few very long moments, Sofia opened her eyes and slowly began to rise.  "I'll be okay but I think I'm going to need a minute.  And from now on... we should be a bit more careful where we step..."  She shared in a hoarse whisper, half to herself and half to the group around her.

Slink moves up to the front, past Sofia.  "I will go first, I'm usually pretty good at seeing things like that.  You sure you're going to be ok?"  She asks, seeing all the blood.

Debauchery falls in behind Slink. 

"Take the lead then, by all means," Felix says looking at the pit with a look of horror. Under his breath he mutters, "It must be so gross down there. I'd never feel clean again if I fell down that."

The hallway leads to AREA 29 and 30. Pick your destination. OF DEATH.

Slink turns and  goes up the stairs at the end of the hall, her sense of danger heightened  "Here monster, monster."  She whispers, peeking around the corner down the corridor.

The ghostly chanting heard throughout the dungeon is noticeably louder to the north, now. When you guys reach the midpoint of the four-way tunnel intersection, four ghouls wearing cultist uniforms of some sort burst up out of the ground in the spaces marked X on the map and attack!
