Here is a map of the old fishery. From your vantage point across the street, you see two main, double-door entrances into the building; one on the front, and one on the left side, on a slick-looking walkway. There are two windows on the front of the building.
Everybody sees a number of children come and go from the building, boys ang girls alike, humans, dwarves, and halflings.
Zahira sees:
Zahira, you see a middle-aged man looking out of the right-hand window. You recognize this man as Yargin, Lamm's second-in-command.
Baril allows those with quieter armor move ahead, relying on their ability to see without being seen. The raimants of his faith don't exactly make him inconspicuous.
"I knew there'd be children!" he growls. "Of course there would. Can you see anything inside? Anything else to corroborate what Zellara told us? I'm still not convinced this isn't some sort of trap. Lamm could easily have hired a fortune teller to tell us anything."
But Baril isn't so sure. Why would Lamm target him now? He hadn't previously had any direct contact with the man, for Baril has only hated him from afar. "Still," he adds, "I do want to get a look inside."
"Yes, I reckon we should go inside. But I am thinking we might be able to get a little more information first....let's see if I can't talk to one of these little ones before we go have our looksee."
Blue is going to see if he can approach one of the children coming and going, waiting say a block away out of view of the windows he can see.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Blue
" Indeed, no one touches the young ones, but I will talk to them, and possibly send some coin their way."
Assuming blue can talk to one of the children he will approach alone so as not to frighten him / her or them:
"Well hello there little one. My name is Blue, I'm and old friend of Gaedran. Maybe you can help me a bit. I'm trying to bring him a surprise. Indeed I was wondering if you knew a secret way inside or perhaps a back door so I can surprise him with a present...Maybe you can tell me if anyone else is inside, I should make sure I have enough presents for everyone after all."
Blue will hold out a Gold coin as an offering.....persuasion or deception: 18
"Are you sure that's a wise movement? Probably the little one will go and warn Yargin or even Lamm? Even if they are not loyal, fear could be a better motivator. We have the element of surprise, let's not lose it".
"I will try to talk with one of the little ones on the way out...watch him to see if he goes back to warn someone. We may or may not have surprise. Baril has voiced suspicion, and I reckon I don't trust any fortune teller either."
Baril nods. "Yay. We aren't far. Even if the child tries to warn Lamm, we will still be able to enter quickly. If he approaches the building after speaking with Blue, we'll assume he's reporting to his bosses and advance. Otherwise, Blue might be able to gain some useful information."
"Oh, a surprise for Master Lamm?" The boy takes the gold coin and looks it over cautiously, as though he might get in trouble just for having it. "He spends most of his time below. You could use the boat--" Suddenly the boy's eyes go wide, perhaps realizing he has said too much, and he rushes back into the building.
“That rat could have another exit that we don’t know of it, even underground. If we see this child coming back we hope that their pride for being on their safe house will keep him there and try to put us down. Make sure the kid thinks you are alone. “ he says yo Blue.
Blue will come back to the others after talking with the child
"Well, the little bugger was fast...I wasn't able to stop him and he ran back inside. I'm not sure if he is gonna talk, as frankly he looked scared. He also mentioned that Gaedran spends most of his time below and that we could 'use the boat'. I'm always for the indirect approach, and we can try to sneak in through that boat to the back. It looks like we could cross over from the abandoned warehouse on the right to avoid more eyes. And, at this point we should go now...."
"Agreed, we need to move fast. Whether the child was speaking the truth or feeding us a lie, Gaedren could flee the moment he suspects there's an invasion." Baril prepares his shield and longsword. "Lamm will soon answer to the laws of gods and men."
(Marching order - I assume Baril will be at the front)

I can see Yargin in the window, he’s Lamm’s lieutenant. Zahira says. “And no one touches the kids! That was me not that long ago.”

"Is that so?" Baril asks Zahira. "I didn't realize you were one of the Lambs." He wonders what circumstances brought the others to Zellara's meeting.
"Alright, Blue. I'll keep an eye on you from back here. If things go south, I'll run in to help."
The half-elf stops Blue before he can go.
