Isaak find the side room to be quite large, and stacked with books and scrolls. It's far less organised that the floor above, with a number of books in stacks and piles on the floor.
From the door, Isaac calls back, “Large room… Lots of books and scrolls… Mayhap this.. is… what we’re looking for?…”. He takes a step or two further in, to allow the others access.
Gruntor will walk in, pick up a book, open it and just stare at the page for several minutes. It might be upside down. Occasionally he will raise an eyebrow to see if anyone is watching.
Leesha, you find an old spellbook. Some pages have fallen out, but it's mostly readable. The title is "Recon team basic spells" and it's from 380 years ago.

Shun begins organizing the books. His fingers are oddly nimble and he handles the old books delicately. He's trying to move them around in neat stacks, which makes it easier for the others to do a more arcane and academic search, but his real goal is to look for any items that might have been shoved or left or forgotten behind stacks of books, or in drawers, or behind bookcases. He sets Sweetums down to root behind rows of books and help look. (He'd also accept help from someone else.
Shun arranges books into a stack, but makes it so tall it falls over. He finds a book about armor maintenance in the field.
Gruntor finds a a books that seems to have some bodybuidling excecises which seem useful.
Isaak finds a password scrawled on a note stock to the side of the door: "password: battleaxe"
Firebolg finds a discarded journal. It seems it was caressly tossed in the corner and left to gather dust. It would be ignore, and to miss, but he glances and one of the open pages, and it references "human gods and the sky..."
Firebolg will keep reading a bit more before calling it to anyone's attention. He wants to be sure it's relevant before bringing it up as maybe something.
