Can a Warforged integrate a piece of magical armor into its body via the 1-hour process? Could you not bless the armor before donning it? The blessing would wear off on a long rest, but you could doff it before the rest, bless it the next day, and spend an hour donning it again. Sure it takes some time, but a Warforged only needs to spend 6 hours inactive for a long rest, so it could use the other two hours for donning/doffing.

Anyway... Yes you can integrate magic armor.
No, you can't bless armor. Ever. If you meant something different, tell us what it is called.
Are you talking about the Blessing of the Forge, or something else? We can't answer your question without some idea what you're talking about.
If you're talking about a Forge Domain cleric's Blessing of the Forge, there's simply no requirement you doff or don the armor before imbuing it with a +1 bonus. That other thread about 23AC at level 1 is almost entirely people running rampant with their interpretation of RAI, not RAW. RAW, a warforged wearing armor is still wearing armor, not a naked warforged with a higher AC (which is why warforged can't wear full plate while still using abilities that explicitly don't work in armor, like a Monk's Unarmored Movement). The rules text is functionally identical in these respects (obviously not with respect to don/doff time) to the same ability all Armorer Artificers get.

It should also be noted that the thread about 23AC at level 1 is based on the UA version of the race, and not the official version.
