I can see no reason why Scrying on a familiar wouldn't work. However, the caster couldn't simply scry on "Wizard's Familiar". They would have to be aware of the unique individual. If the Wizard unsummoned and recast the spell, it would be a different familiar and the Scrying would almost certainly fail.
If successful, Scrying would produce a sensor within 10ft of the familiar. The spell specifies that their senses function as though the caster were there in person, so it's very likely that they would learn enough to guess where you were. However, the Nondetection spell specifically states that the warded target can not be perceived through magical sensor, so the Scryer would not see the Wizard itself.
This is the same problem with scrying on any other member of a party. Non-detection requires a lot of caution to use effectively. Fortunately, it's a non-concentration spell, so it can be cast on the whole party, if necessary.
You could always tuck the familiar away in it's pocket dimension.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
We had some discussion about the familiar. Basically we decided it counts as third hand info if your familiar has changed, granting a +5 bonus to the Save DC.
Say I am a wizard who is under the effect of Non detection (perhaps via the amulet).
But I have a Familiar and my opponents know this. Can they scry on my Familialr?
Do they see him? Do they seem me? Can they guess my location because my familiar is in X famous city?

Yes. Yes. No. Maybe.
