I had a player ask me this and I wasn't sure how to answer. If they conjured drugs within the mansion and then left, would the effects of the drugs stay? If not, does alcohol work the same? If yes, how do I stop them from opening the best drug den in the country? lmao
The same way they work everywhere else. Is this a trick question?
The only interactions with drugs I can think of are that the servants will serve drugs if ordered to do so and you can lace the mansion's food with drugs if you want.
Well, looking at the effect of magnificent mansion, it says "The place is furnished and decorated as you choose. It contains sufficient food to serve a nine-course banquet for up to 100 people."
Unless your DM decides that drugs are food or furnishings, I don't think the spell can create it. But I would guess that the effects of food and drink persist outside of the mansion. Sure would suck to spend a few days in there, only to leave and immediately starve/dehydrate to death as the food and water you consumed vanishes from your body.
