You're going to have to ask your DM. From a purely story point of view, Feral Tieflings and Zariel tieflings reflect two very different lineages; its not just mix-and-match abilities. Some DMs will care about that, some will not.
Who's rules? The UA material is playtest - its not official. In the AL, even if the UA material was allowed, that'd still be against the core+1 philosophy. Are feral tiefling just swapable things, or do they represent a distinct subrace?
There's literally not enough rules to say one way or the other.
Tieflings got a lot of sub race options from UA, like Tieflings from Zariel and other devils.
My question is, since is a sub race, can i still apply the Sword Coast adventure guide options with it?
Like for example, a feral zariel tiefling
who gets +2 to dex +1 to int and the zariel spells instead of the normal infernal legacy

but there is any rule against it? is legal according to the rules?

well im asking because Scag says that some variants are not compatible with each other.
and ua says that the subrace traits replaces the normal traits, and the feral tiefling does the same
so my question is, would i get the normal feral tiefling stats and the zariel spells, or would it not be compatible
