Having a hard time finding anything on this but. Can you target and object/vehicle with a INT, WIS, or CHR saving throw? If so I assume it automatically fails.
Are there any spells that allow you to target something other than a creature for one of those types of saves? Generally, those saves deal with mind affecting magic and most often will target creatures.
A quick search resulted in 4 pages of spells that involve an Int, Wis, or Cha save. Of those, none that I read offered a mental stat save to objects, only to creatures. (For example, you can target an object with true polymorph, but the object doesn't get to make the wis save an unwilling creatures gets to.) I do not own the Acquisitions Incorporated source book, so I don't really know if any of those spells offer mental stat saves to objects, but the Crit Role spells did avoid that.

Objects always fail Strength and Dexterity saving throws, and they are immune to effects that require other saves.
The Cone of Cold never bothered my cannon anyway.

With the exception of spells and features that specifically state otherwise. Like the Enlarge/ Reduce spell
