Reasoning behind this is that Mage Armor sets your base AC while Shield of Faith increases your AC. Multiple sources of setting base AC do NOT stack, while all sources of increasing your AC DO.
This being all correct and by the rules, then Mage Armor (8hrs)= Base AC 13+ DEX.. then Shield of Faith(10mins,C) = +2 AC bonus.. and finally as a reaction Shield(1 round) = +5 AC bonus.
With this beastly combo my Wizard DEX 16(+3) has AC 16 for 8hrs, AC 18 for up to 10mins and a max potential AC of 23 for a round.. who needs Paladins amiright? he he.. *cough* please don't leave me here to die..
Who said anything about the Wizard casting Shield of faith? Most party's have a Cleric or a Paladin to do that, hence the Wizard has potentially only used 2 slots, 1 lasts for 8hrs (which any self respecting wizard should already have cast) and the other situational, both are still only lvl 1 plus he isn't concentrating on anything so able to cast other spells. Also don't forget about the wizard Arcane Recovery ability, once a day during a short rest you can recover up to half you lvl in spell slots, so you've either already rested since casting it and regained the slot back before the fight or you'll rest after with the party to heal and can recover it then, either way it's not rocket surgery.
Oh, and if your DM allows the Unearthed Arcana play-test material... your Wizard can actually totally do all of it by themselves, look up Wizard Tradition Theurgy, it's basically an INT based cleric of sorts.
Using shield of faith to tie up your concentration slot is super weak. So your monstrous AC will be countered by the fact that you aren't able to use any concentration spells (or even worse, your cleric can't use concentration spells if they are buffing you.) So I think this is pretty much theoretical.
PS: or maybe not theoretical but super unhelpful to your party :)
AC is good but one of the lowest tanking priorities. at some point the higher cr creatures will hit you no matter what ac you have.
tanks that go with damage resistant such as rage or hit sponges like cheesy druids do much better.
Id rather burns low level spell slot for mirror image then lose concentration on a lucky hit and shield of faith drops or spells that Need saves and bypass ac.
"The effects of different spells add together while the durations of those spells overlap. The effects of the same spell cast multiple times don't combine, however. Instead, the most potent effect — such as the highest bonus — from those castings applies while their durations overlap, or the most recent effect applies if the castings are equally potent and their durations overlap.
For example, if two clerics cast bless on the same target, that character gains the spell's benefit only once; he or she doesn't get to roll two bonus dice."

I'm just wanting to know if the Mage Armor Ac of 13+ Dexterity Mod would stack with the +2 bonus to AC from the spell Shield of Faith?
Yes, Shield of Faith, being a bonus, stacks.
Okay, Thanks. I was thinking so, but I was just wanting to make sure

Totally possible. Please keep in mind you've now burned 3 spell slots to do that for one round and used up your concentration slot .
Oh, and how did you get access to Shield of Faith as a wizard. Your DM needs to start reading spell lists.
