in the find familiar spell, it says "as an action, you can see through your familiar's eyes and hear what it hears". My question is, can you use this to cast a spell that requires you to see a creature or a point, without your body having a direct view?
I would say yes, if you are also in range and meet the other requirements to cast the spell, or if you're casting a Touch spell through the familiar using their Reaction. But since you used your Action in order to see through the familiar, you would need to cast the spell as a Bonus Action or Reaction, or have some other means of casting an Action spell on your turn (like with Fighter Action Surge.)
