I am playing a level 6 bladesinger wizard. Let's say I cast Haste on my first turn. On my second turn I use my shortsword as my first action, then I use my shortsword again as my second action, then I use my shortsword again as a bonus action because I'm dual wielding, and then I use my other attack to cast booming blade which let's me attack with my shortsword and deal an extra 1d8. I am not sure if this is right or wrong, can some one please explain this to me?
You can’t do it in quite that order (your first attack and Booming Blade are part of the same action; you can’t insert your Haste-given attack in-between them, it has to come after), but yeah, if you’re hasted and dual-wielding and have Extra Attack, you can do all those things in one turn.
Once you cast Haste, you have the following things you can do: Action, Bonus Action, Hasted Action.
Limitations:
Action: cast any spell that says 1 action, take two weapon attacks, or take 1 weapon attack and 1 cantrip (including Booming Blade which includes an attack)
Bonus Action: If you attacked with a light melee weapon then you can use your bonus action to make a single extra attack with a different light weapon in your off hand. (With the D.W. feat you use any one handed weapons rather than just light weapons)
Hasted action = only a single attack with a weapon.
This means you can do 4 attacks with a Light weapon, doing a max of 4d6. With the feat, that becomes 4d8. The booming Blade adds upto 3d8 (assuming they move).
Good, but not ridiculously so. Compare with a 6th level High Elf rogue, who took Booming Blade as his cantrip. and lets assume he takes a feat ofFighting Sylte (Dueling)
If he sneak attacks with a rapier does 1d8 +2+ 3d6 + the 3d8 for B.B. Practically identical damage. But he does not have to waste a round casting Haste, does not get the slow penalty when the haste ends, and can do it every single round. Forever.

I'm going to just reword what others have said:
Yes, you can do that.
With your action you can make 2 weapon attacks or 1 weapon attack and cast 1 cantrip with a casting time of action.
With your bonus action you can make 1 weapon attack with a [light*] weapon that you were wielding when you attacked with a [light*] weapon in the other hand. *doesn't need to be light with dual wielder feat.
With your haste action you can make 1 weapon attack.
Note, your BA attack doesn't add DEX/STR to damage unless you have the 2 weapon fighting style.
You can also make opportunity attacks, and with war caster that can be another booming blade, for pseudo sentinel/extra damage.
