I was wondering if there is a weapon in 5e that can break the silver cord between your body and astral body when the spell astral projection is casted? It's because I am close to becoming a level 18 monk and I want to know how rare/ common it will be to face an enemy with a weapon the can OHKO me in astral form, thanks.
"Only a few things can sever a traveler’s silver cord, the most common being a psychic wind (described below). The legendary silver swords of the githyanki also have this ability." Another creature with this ability is the Astral Dreadnought, per MotM.
How rare/common are these things? Well, an Astral Dreadnought is CR21, so hopefully you don't run into too many of those. Githyanki on the other hand... well they are common enough to be a playable race, and as creatures start out as low as CR3, so there could be plenty, depending on your DM. And in theory, a non-Githyanki could come to possess a Githyanki silver sword, but it states directly in their description that Githyanki knights will hunt down and kill any non-Githyanki that does so.

Per the DMG on Astral Projection:
"Only a few things can sever a traveler’s silver cord, the most common being a psychic wind (described below). The legendary silver swords of the githyanki also have this ability." Another creature with this ability is the Astral Dreadnought, per MotM.
