I see nothing that would stop it in principle. That said I haven't found any of the Maneuvers that actually would be able to combine the Tentacle of the Deeps. Either they require a weapon attack (the tentacles are a spell attack) or they would compete for your single bonus action on the turn.
Thezzaruz is correct, different maneuvers can be used in different context as described by the specific maneuver. For example the Ambush maneuver is used when you make an initiative roll, or Commanding Presence is used whenever you make an Intimidation, Performance, Persuasion check. So to know if a maneuver could work with a Tentacle of the Deep you would have to go through all of the maneuvers and check what their conditions are. I looked through the maneuvers and found what Thezzaruz described, all of the maneuvers that interact with an attack require a weapon attack, except for one: Grappling Strike. Unfortunately what Grappling Strike does is allow you to spend your Bonus Action to make a Grapple attempt and add your superiority die to your athletics check, which you can't do since Tentacles of the Deep also uses your Bonus Action.

Feinting attack has the same issue.
Flavour-wise it would be cool if Menacing attack worked but it requires a weapon attack unfortunately.
So the tentacle attack does the same D8 damage as a manoeuvre, so could you do a weapon attack and count the damage as from the tentacle?
If by "count the damage as from the tentacle" you mean just re-flavoring the Trip attack as involving the tentacle, then sure. But it wouldn't change the damage type or anything like that

Could a fathomless warlocks tentacle use battle master manoeuvre’s if the pc had them , as a feat or multi class?

So trip attack can’t come from the tentacle?
Read it again. It requires a weapon attack and the tentacles are a spell attack. So it wont work.
No, Trip attack requires hitting with a weapon attack and your Tentacles of the Deep are a melee spell attack.
From Trip Attack: "When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to attempt to knock the target down."
From Tentacles of the Deep: "When you create the tentacle, you can make a melee spell attack against one creature within 10 feet of it."
You can bring this up with your DM to see what they think, but the RAW answer is no.
