Using the shield as an improvised weapon, would it be possible to perform the attack in the bonus action? Using two-weapon combat rule... See combat would look like this: Action: attack with shield and in the bonus action attack with light weapon. It would be possible?
To clarify Farling the rules say about two weapon fighting
"When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you’re holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you’re holding in the other hand. "
i.e. both weapons you are holding need ot be light in order to use two weapon fighting (unless you have the Duel Wielder Feat)

You can only do something with a Bonus Action if it specifically says that it takes a bonus action to do it.
Attacking with an improvised weapon normally requires an Attack action.
An improvised weapon is not a light weapon, so you wouldn't normally be able to use it to trigger two weapon fighting.
