I have a rouge who took the Magic Initiate Feat and chose Green Flame Blade as one of the cantrips. But how does this spell work with sneak attack? Does the damage apply to both creatures, for instance?
Assuming all the other conditions of sneak attack are met, then yes, the weapon attack from green-flame blade can trigger sneak attack. But the sneak attack damage only applies to that attack, not the spell as a whole, so only the initial target receives it. Rogues can only deal sneak attack damage once per turn regardless.

Gotta agree with this whole-heartedly. Kinda hard to weasel out extra Sneak Attack procs off of the bouncing flame effect, since not only is the bouncing flame not a weapon attack, but the initial melee attack would already be what's gaining all of the sneaky-breeki damage dice anyway. Not to say that all cantrips can gain Sneak Attack either. Just the ones that perform melee attacks as part of their shenanigans (and match up with all the other Sneak Attack requirements).

Just make sure it's with a Finesse weapon.
