It doesn't. Path to the grave makes the next attack from you or an ally that hits deal double damage. Magic missile is not an attack, as there is not an attack roll.
If it was a different multi target spell like jim's magic missile or scorching ray, only the first hit targeting the CD target deals double damage.

One part of this that confuses me is the amount of damage done. Is it double whatever damage is rolled on the die, or is it the maximum amount possible for whatever attack was used? “The next time you or an ally of yours hits the cursed creature with an attack, the creature has vulnerability to all of that attack's damage, and then the curse ends.”
How does Path to the grave interact with Magic Missile?
Vs one target.
Vs multi-Target,

How to handle vulnerability to damage is described here in the PHB: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/combat#DamageResistanceandVulnerability
But the short of it is roll the damage as normal, add any modifiers to the roll, and then double it.
