Need some clarification... unlike the proficiency bonus which is character level cumulative (as stated in the rules)... I'm not clear about the fourth level attribute increases.
If, per se, a player increases to 2 lvl fighter and 2 lvl druid... they are NOT eligible for the attribute increase are they? They have to wait until ONE of these levels reaches 4th....IS THAT CORRECT?
Also of note, fighters and rogues get additional ASIs at levels other classes don't (6 and 14 for fighters, 10 for rogues). I mention this as an example of why it is important that it be tied to individual class levels instead of character levels.
Saga and Dx are correct. If you need further reassurance, the ASI’s are listed on each class’s Class Features table to show at what level in that class you get them.

Can someone provide advice please. Thank you.
Yes, you are correct. ASIs are a class feature; you only get them when you reach the appropriate level in a specific class to get them.
