To be somewhat vague, the monster ability Mind cloud says that "every spell ends on creatures and objects of [the monsters] choice".
Is it possible to target a summoned creature and kind of dispel it? I'm not sure myself, the summoning spells references "the creature" so it must be considered a creature and can be targeted. However, would you say that the summoned creature has a spell on it that can be targeted by the Mind cloud ability? What about the caster that is concentrating, can the concentrated spell be target to the Mind cloud and end the summoning spell?
I'd say Mind Cloud can end any spell's effect with a non-instantaneous duration, similar to Dispel Magic's target spells on creature and objects of it's choosing. A summoned creature by a spell such as Conjure Woodland Beings would therefore end as suggested by Sage Advice Compendium since it says ''A summoned creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.'';
spell like conjure woodland beings has a non-instantaneous duration, which means its creations can be ended by dispel magic and they temporarily disappear within an antimagic field.

I say if the spell that summoned a creature say it disappear when the spell ends then Mind Cloud will do so.
So it would depend on the spell's wording.
